We didn't buy anything, so I can't speak to the actual business dealings or contracts or anything. The people were very pleasant and did their best to be helpful and engaging. Certainly nothing negative to say, just didn't find the pieces that were right for what we were wanting.

I went in to look around at bedroom furniture and met the sweetest gal that helped me through all my questions. Love the style they present and the time they took to make sure I was seeing exactly what I wanted. I will be purchasing a bedroom set from Bassett and I am extremely excited! Great quality and beautiful! Timeless pieces with superb customer service!

Best American made furniture The last and only in USA. sad how things have changed but Thanks to this family Company we still had quality furniture. So very Thankful for all there hard work making good quality furniture and safe .

Nice furniture but not a wide selection of styles. Staff didn't even greet us or ask what we were looking for but did so for other customers.
