Hall Susan G DDS

I love Kerri and was sad to see her go. Now I have Susan Hall and say what you will but she is a very kind person. I had a tooth ache when I was in graduate school and she came in on NEW YEARS EVE to help me out. She knew I didn't have Dental Insurance since I was no longer under my parents and in school, but she helped me anyway.

My entire family has enjoyed excellent care by Dr. Hall and her staff. They have earned our highest recommendation, for both courteous service, and the quality of Dr. Hall's work.

I have to say after coming here I would agree fully with both reviews given. If you need a small time dentist to care for you in a dire situation, she is able and willing to fill that spot. But as for ongoing balanced care I can't really give her more than 2 stars. She wasn't very organized, utilized too much drugs in care, and her receptionist staff was very unknowledgable about how to properly align a patient with financing and insurance information in a fluid way.

I so regret having work done here. So far I have visited 2 dentists and am scheduled to visit 2 more, in an attempt to correct the damage I received from what should have been a routine procedure from this dentist. If I need orthodontic work, that will be a 5th dentist needed to correct the damage. Worst of all, this dentist did not take responsibility for the work. I have suffered 24/7 for several months and I am none too happy about the money I will have to spend correcting damage resulting from poor work done.

I called and got hung up on after telling me they don't do extractions.
