He was very personable, helpful, knowledgeable, caring. He did an excellent job of getting me exactly what I wanted for the best deal. Sam was very nice and went over everything explained everything and was very knowledgeable as well. He was quick and very respectful of my time. I was at the lot probably under an hour. Everyone was very nice, the lot was nice. It was all around a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my Hyundai Venue! I feel very secure with the warranties and extras they offer! I will continue to be a customer here and send any future buyers their way! You won’t be disappointed!

I would highly recommend coming here for a used or new car. They were honest about the vehicle I purchased and didn’t try to hide anything. As a new graduate straight out of college I had the opportunity to buy my first brand new car with Hatchett Hyundai. I was in a big time crunch because of my plans to move. Greg went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle for me and even went to different locations to help find what I needed for moving to the wintery north east. They are reliable, and no one can beat their prices and warranties that they have. 10/10 recommend them to anyone.

Service was quick, staff was very friendly. Love that there is free water to drink. Snacks are available to purchase. There is plenty of seating while you wait!

We did talk briefly on the phone, however, I am sure you cannot remember everyone you talk with. Suffice it to say your team did an outstanding job and we will return again and again (as needed).

Out standing customer service. My rep Michael McComas went above and beyond. My tire pressure lights were still on after being service. He explained that as soon I drove it for a bit they would go off. He insisted on driving it himself just in case there was a problem. Sure enough the lights went of. He could have just sent me on my way but didn’t want to take the chance that I would be inconvenienced and have to come back. This is why I will always recommend this dealership.

Paton the service advisor is awesome! So kind and helpful. They did an emergency oil change for me so I could get on the road safely to see my mom who is ill 3 states away! They sent me on my way and took care of my cost. I cried. Still such wonderful people in this world who truly care. You don’t normally find this in a dealership. Thank you so much!

We needed to be seen pretty quickly, when multiple problems came up at one time. They were able to get us in, the next morning; had a comfortable ride waiting to take me to work and Irving took me back to my car, at the end of my shift. Irving has everything a company wants, for the best in Customer Service to represent a company.

Once I decided to buy, Lisa, the financial lady was really great at answering all of my questions. It was my first Hyundai purchase although I came to find out Hyundai is the parent company for KIA and Genesis, so maybe not, because I have a KIA that I absolutely love.
