This is the first time I am "writing a review". I feel compelled to share my experience with Bruce and Brandon at Banning Equip for one simple fact. It is incredibly rare to find service like this anywhere! Both Bruce and Brandon have been extremely patient with assisting me with my food truck venture. They have given me guidance on what I need to do in converting from gas to propane and have given me great deals on several pieces of equipment that all work. I ask a ton of questions! They have both been very very patient and have not only answered my questions but have also offered advise and alternative ideas. Not to mention, the appliances that I am still looking for, they have offered to order them for me to save me time and money. I'm a touch it, see it and understand it kinda person. I found these guys on Equip Bid Online Auction and am SO GRATEFUL they have saved me from making some bad choices and have given me advise on what to look for when dealing with online auctions. Thank you guys! Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions and assisting me. Thank you for returning my calls and emails. I know you are extremely extremely busy. I appreciate you!

Brandon is very accommodating. Anything you need for commercial restaurants he'll do his best to find it and fix it. His prices are fair and hes willing to work with you on it. Overall never had a bad experience doing business with him. If you need restaurant equipment, check him out.

I have a knee roller for medical reasons and the seat broke. I called a friend who works on restaurant equipment and he suggested I call Brandon. I did and Brandon fixed my knee roller. I have worked in the restaurant industry for thirty years and I can say that Brandon is a honest person and when I need some equipment he is going to be the first person I call.

Brandon and Bruce are great to work with. Definitley check them out! Banning Sales and Service is my go to. I've never had anything but a great experience with them!

Bought fridge From Bruce Banning directly- lasted 2 days. got it fixed. lasted another 2 months before completely going down. Bruce (the owner) will brag about doing business "the old fashioned way" but will not correct any mistakes on his end. never going back.

DONT BUY HERE!!! They dont test their product. Write very misleading descriptions about their product. I bought an ice cream maker from them. It was missing some parts. Brandon told me I should have known before I bid on it. I bring it home and it doesnt even work. Brandon said I should have called. WELL BRANDON DONT LIST UNTESTED PRODUCTS WITH OUT SAYING ITS UNTESTED, PARTS MISSING!!!!

They over promise and do not like to text or email I'm guessing because of the written evidence. They were paid immediately but I was never paid for my auction proceeds and my building was wrecked. They will not return my key so I am going to have to rekey building. *Beware *Beware*Beware! You have been warned!

Wish giving zero stars was a option. I took a couple deep fryers to be cleaned and not only did they take a week longer then what they said they did not work and were just as dirty! And it only cost me $400 for that.

Worst experience EVER. They charge buyers 20% fee and sellers 20% Fee for a service they don't provide. They will keep your money and equipment. Be aware of this place/people. I don't know how they are still in business. Terrible customer service and dishonest business practice.

WOW, This place sucks! They advertise on equip bid. Worst customer service! I bought a fridge that did work. They also wouldnt do any thing for me.

Brandon told me that he doesnt test everything that he list. So Common since says dont buy from him or from here.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!
I am in the process of suing the owner. I bought some equipment from this place, and the owner kept my money and equipment. VERY DISHONEST people .

This place should be called a junk yard
