The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities. But during my stay, we encountered a small hiccup when the luggage cart was missing during breakfast. However, thanks to the incredible assistance of the front desk clerk, what could have been a minor inconvenience turned into a shining example of exceptional service.

Despite the busy breakfast rush, the front desk clerk noticed my predicament and immediately sprang into action. With a friendly smile, she offered to personally assist me in transporting my luggage to my vehicle.I am immensely grateful to the morning front desk clerk for their prompt assistance and genuine care for guest satisfaction.

Stayed with family overnight for a graduation. Room could accommodate 8. Very nice privacy set up with a well stocked kitchen area. Nice large living room.

Great hotel, room was very clean and everything worked how it was supposed to. Had a nice stove top, couch and chair. Also had a cool kitchen bar with a few chairs there as well. Hotel is in a nice area just off the main road.

They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had supplies needed for cooking. There was a dishwasher, apartment sized refrigerator, microwave and stovetop with an oven.there was a couch, chair with a foot stool, king sized bed. Extra pillows. Handicap accessible shower. Everything was clean. The breakfast was eggs, sausage patties and you could have waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee bagel or bread. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again.

This is a nice, quiet hotel surrounded by trees. The pool is in a court which feels like a large, private back yard. We got upgraded to a premium room: large, vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling window, king bed, kitchenette. Wow... quiet and comfortable. Clean and fresh. Staff was kind but busy.

Wonderful hotel! Very clean and well organized for the business traveler. Large rooms, crisp bedding, and fluffy towels. Management and Staff are accommodating, professional, and very friendly! Excellent long term environment for busy professional to relax and unwind after long days. Very safe location with multiple, well lighted spaces to safely park - especially for women travelers. Try it, you’ll love it! I stayed long term for a local hospital business trip.

Stopped here on our way to Mt. Rushmore with my family of 6 and our dog booked the 2 bedroom suite. Very Spacious rooms, a little outdated but for the price can't complain, my kids loved it the pool , the breakfast, kids give you 2 thumbs up and that's good enough for mom and dad🥰

Fast friendly service. Room was very clean and nice. Bathroom was clean and spacious, as was the room. Full size refrigerator and sink. Was an unexpected quick stay. Sorry I have no pictures of room and that I don't have more to say :(

Room was super clean. Nice and cool upon entering. Comfortable bed. Plenty of delivery options for food as well. Customer service was wonderful and the girl at the front desk was super welcoming. Nice and quiet, very peaceful. Very family friendly.

Impressed with this place. Their kitchenette had dishes, silverware, dish soap, etc. Room was very comfortable and spacious. They provided a good amount of supplies (shampoo/conditioner/soap) and were very nice. Good accessibility for anyone with physical disabilities.

We only stayed overnight, but the service was friendly and quick, and the room was better than I'd expected. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to have a full kitchen!

I enjoyed my two day stay. Had a kitchen and separate room. Nice sized bed, comfy. Bathroom was big. The staff is super awesome! Very accommodating and polite and go above and beyond for the needs of the customer. Amazing price and would definitely book here again.

I'm not sure if we got upgraded or if the room I reserved with my points will was already a suite. Either way, it was an amazing room! The bed was firm but we slept very well. We have already decided we'll be staying there every time we come up.

We didn't wake up in time for the grab n go breakfast so I can't comment on it. Water was hot. They had packets of hot cocoa as well!

Lots of places to eat nearby, plus shopping, highways and even QT if you're partial to their stores like we are! Lol

Found a great deal on Bookaahotels.com for an initial 4 night stay due to a family emergency. Extended another 3 nights through same site for another great rate.
As many other reviewers stated, excellent quiet suburban office setting yet close to restaurants and Wesley Medical Center. Safe sidewalks for calming walks to clear your mind.
Clean, comfortable King with kitchen with wireless internet access made for a productive stay as well. And, great cable tv options along with breakfast made it feel like home.
The staff is what makes this property so wonderful. Caring and attentive, they made a difficult time more comforting.

Stayed here last weekend and really enjoyed my stay. Their customer service is outstanding. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. My room had a full kitchen and couch and I would recommend this property to travelers.
