Anita Regier helped us buy our dream home. Selling our previous home was difficult in this market but she was always so calm and optimistic. She never gave up and went above and beyond for us. She was also very honest with her opinions which helped us finally sell the house. We would recommend her to everyone we know.

My wife and I have dealt with three liters in the past and thought there was some good ones and some bad ones and then most recently we were looking for a place kind of spur the moment and getting a feel for the people around town and after interacting with five other people at least we came across Elliot Leal, and he completely redefined what a realtor does in our minds he was attentive he made us feel like we were the only client. he got back to us every single time we contacted him right away, and if you didn't have the answer for something he would go research it and come back to me with the answer he really did put in the time and energy and effort we ended up purchasing our home through other means and we kept him up to date on what was going on he still was nice enough to take us and show us one more property even after we had put an offer in through a rent to own agency and when I tried to give him a tip he refused and genuinely seemed happy to help us and concerned about how things worked out in fact till this if we ever need anything to contact him and to let him know how things are going, if only people would work as hard and diligently with a positive at attitude as he does the world will be a better place. If I ever know anybody looking for a house or if I'm ever looking again I know there's only one person I'm going to contact to help me get it done and there's only one person that I recommend every single time in this area and that's Elliot.

There is no way I can express just how absolutely amazing Monica Miller has been for us. Monica came recommend to us from Navy Federal Credit Union and I am very glad that we chose her. Throughout my life I have had dealings with real estate agents from all across this nation and nobody has ever come close to being as helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working as she has. We were not pre-approved and actually had not even started looking for a lender, but when we talked with her, she was happy to refer us to some people and get us started. We purchased a home, and were very happy with it. Later, I got divorced, and when I knew I would be moving Dawn was the first person I contacted to help me find a new place to live. She showed me some homes and kept me well updated about the process, and especially considering this all started in Feb/Mar 2020, it was remarkably smooth. I hate moving, but if I DO ever need a realtor again, I will absolutely be contacting Dawn Anaya again.

Shannon did a wonderful job!! I live in another state and had to help my Mom sell her house in Wichita. Shannon was very helpful, walking me through all the steps needed so when I came to Wichita, I was prepared! We sold within 2 weeks and even though we had to leave the state before closing, Shannon was able to help us take care of all paperwork signing needed for the closing. She continued to stay in touch through the closing and even right after to make sure everything was taken care of!! Everything went so smooth!! It was great to be able to text Shannon anytime with a question and she answered right away! She was very easy to work with and very helpful with my Mom and I. My Mom owned the house for 50 years and she has Alzheimer's and Shannon was very helpful and understanding!!
