Betty was an average property manager ,but at the same time she did try to help us get our apartment rented out. There was a lack of communication, But I’m not blaming it all on her. There was also a very short notice of getting my furniture out of the condo due to the condo being originally fully furnished. I have nothing bad to say or discourage anyone from using her because I’m sure she can be very helpful in managing others properties in Las Cruces. Overall I wish Betty the best of luck.

They lie and steal money from tenants. They don’t follow their own rules on the lease agreement and have yet fixed the leaks in the washroom that connects to the main power source! They have overcharged our account multiple times and try saying it’s on us. We pay 2 weeks advance and show we had credit and they still overcharged. Betty will call and ask you to give them information about other tenants so you can help them get evicted. They are completely unprofessional

Betty is the Wicked witch of the West. I rented from her at Casa de Soledad and she kept my deposit. The apt. Was left spotless and she came back after the fact and said she had found stuff in a cabinet.......LIAR!!! Beware prospective renters, she will keep your money!

Betty is by far the biggest criminal when it comes to stealing deposits from honest hard working individuals. Our townhouse was left in a move in ready condition.
