Motel 6 Portland, OR - Central

My visit here was amazing, thanks to Shannon, Amanda, and Jazmin! Those women are very understanding and provide great customer service to guests who are staying! They are also very helpful and friendly! They work their butts off and make sure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay! They also have the ability to assist you and your needs as a guest! Hands down one of the best stays in a hotel that was cost effective and clean, not to mention they close to places like McDonald's, Starbucks, Plaid pantry and even has a taco cart thats open til 2am called Taco El Sol all with in a 5 blocks or less radius, which is convenient and easy to walk to and make your stay that much more comfortable.

The love i have for Amanda and her ability to provide me with exceptional service during my stay! She is so understanding and she helped me out so well in coming up with a solution for my stay! The rooms were also well maintained.

Good value with great service. Amanda does a great job addressing concerns. Brenda was helpful and courteous at the front desk, and Angel went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She was attentive, super friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed.

So the night started out horrible. I was having issues with the website that I booked the room and the front desk staff at the hotel. We're amazing! Honestly, I can't remember if her name was Rachel or Amanda. I believe it was Amanda but anyways after explaining to her the situation she was very accommodating and were diligently to fix the issue and when the issue couldn't be resolved she took it upon herself to make sure that my stay was the same price as the one that the website was going to give me that I received the same prices. The online price she didn't have to but she went out of her way to make sure that I was accommodated. I am very appreciative of the staff here. They are wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again

My family really enjoyed our time at this motel, service was amazing, Jennifer Amanda angel Brenda and Shannon are all so sweet. Housekeeping was so amicable, I don't know all their names but I know Juanita was great and cleaned our room very nice 👍. Sad that they took the Target away across the street but it's on a bus line so you can get around easily.

Motel 6 has been wonderful. The staff is what takes it to the next level.
Especially Brenda, her friendliness, helpfulness and ability to still stay professional is top notch. Five stars all around. She helped make a super stressful situation much better and helped me resolve it immediately.
Thanks to her I'll be coming back.

This is my third time at this location and I always receive the best customer service from Brenda and Amanda! Honestly they have the most consistent attitude for front desk attendants that have to deal with rude guests every once in awhile. And thats all I can ask for in Portland so Thank you as always 😊🙏❤ - James

This is a great hotel centrally located in Portland. The staff is great but I want to really point out that Brenda was friendly and helpful each encounter I had with her. I can't say enough about how amazing she was .

I loved my stay here. It’s the only good part of Powell blvd. haha But seriously Shannon is sweeter than apple pie and I felt so accommodated and taken care of. The heaters and water pressure helped too!

This motel 6 was easy access to our destination and the staff was great. The managers Amanda and Jenn were good and helped us when we made our reservation for the wrong date. Thanks again motel 6 staff

I love this location! Always have decent prices online and the front desk workers are laid back and nice. Especially Amanda shes always nice and polite to me and other customers as well. I havnt came across any negativity or bad service yet and I’ve stayed here for the 21 day limit!

This place is nice for motel sixes for sure.!~ it could be improved in some ways but the honest truth is overall the hotel is super amazing and it’s solely because every one of their staff members is really awesome and helpful and kind and it of makea your experience just a whole lot better. in particular, shannon at the front desk treated me like family like a son honestly and recognized maybe i wasn’t met with favorable conditions when i was there during both 2022 and 2023 and she just made me feel like i had a second home haha at the motel 6 if you can believe it. she really does deserve recognition as well as the rest of you guys

I had an amazing interaction today with the front desk representative at the motel 6 central. My husband and I needed to store our belongings and get a room big enough for our family and Angel was absolutely accommodating. She was friendly and helpful and did an amazing job finding us the perfect room at a great price. She made us feel like we were staying at a family friends home with how comfortable she made us feel. I am so very impressed with the customer service this establishment has shown and I highly recommend anyone needing a safe place with great people to stay at the motel 6 central. Five stars! the room was nice and clean, but what really made this a good value was the lady working at the front desk, brenda. i honestly did not expect the level of accommodation and service i got.

No frills motel. If you need a place to crash, it's good. Rooms are very clean. Doesn't look great on the outside but not bad once you get in. Kinda annoying there was no soap or shampoo in the room though.

Nonetheless a best stay. Service was very exceptional, the rooms were great and the beds are comfortable. Cheap prices for a quick stay in the area.

I had stayed here with my husband Ronald, we stay here frequently and the service and front desk staff are really nice and accommodating. Jenifer the manager is always helpful too.

Amanda and Jennifer were very nice and helpful at the front desk. The house cleaners do a fantastic job, especially Julie. Julie is always cheerful and happy to get me new towels and sheets everyday. I recommend staying here, you can't beat the price. It's a nice central location and the summertime is especially beautiful.
