Plaid Pantry

Joshua is very welcoming in to the store, he cares about his job. I appreciate his customer service. I come in all around the hours to this store and his team members are also always pleasant. Thank you guys. P.s. yesterday I also saw Joshua take care of a person on a Walker: I'm sure he does that to this customer when he stops in. It was refreshing to see though to start my day.

The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

No auto doorentering or exiting the store which makes it quite hard to manage from tmobile device as I'm paralized from the waist down. Navigating the isles and coolers is almost impossible without a clerks help

If y'all could NOT randomly close BOTH stores closest to me in the middle of the night, that'd be splendid.

I worked here for two years. The graveyard shift crowd gets really weird.

I've been told this location is closed the last 4 times I attempted to come here. Once around 11am, twice around 10pm, and once around 7pm. It seems that this location just dynamically changes its hours every day or two based on whatever convoluted recent drama has occurred here. On top of all this, a number of their employees have been unusually mean to me. Unfortunately this is one of the only convenience stores in the area.

Went in for a soda he followed me in from outside. I asked about a straw, I couldn’t hear him he then said they were behind counter but he had a an attitude like I was bothering him. When I walked to the counter I asked if he was having a bad day. He said no!I then said sorry you seem to be having a bad day. “I wasn’t being anything” he said cutting me off. Ok. I bought my soda and left.
But I will never go again. Customers don’t want to come and deal with such a bad rude attitude

2:41 am and the doors were chained but all the lights were on. The third one in a row that's been like this tonight

Employee accused me of stealing when i didnt. If he was doing his job and paying attention or watching the cameras he would’ve seen that i didn’t take anything. As we we’re leaving he yelled with no evidence before accusing me. TERRIBLE customer service.

Went to get a few snacks before leaving town, ~4AM.

Inside lights on, outside lights on, had already picked up a couple items to buy when the clerk popped around the corner to inform me they were closed.

Ive had similar experiences several times while visiting Portland. These locations need to stop advertising like they're open at night, and teach employees how to turn off the outside lights, signs, etc.
