Matt, the technician was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Explained all my questions several times and several ways to help me understand the procedure ,costs,and service agreement! Which gave me a huge discount. The service was performed by two very kind and professional service techs I don’t remember their names . I couldn’t believe how quickly they came out to do the work and how quickly they finished the job! It was completed the day after I called Master Tech. They were even careful to avoid my pepper plants. I am so grateful to have water again after they replaced my water line from the meter. All my problems were buried!

Quick and compassionate service despite the unusually high demand for plumbing repairs caused by extremely frigid temperatures. Technician Andy provided all the information I needed to make a well informed decision about repairs. Following the repair, he happily answered all my questions with clear explanations about what I could do to avoid a future water pipe rupture in the same vulnerable location. I have always had good experiences with MasterTech. I highly recommend them for plumbing services.

Had such a great experience. These guys are so friendly, very helpful, and go above and beyond. They fixed my water leak, gave me a walkthrough of what they’d be doing, helped me understand the entire procedure and even cleared a clogged drain for me without me even asking them to do so. Great work, personable, and efficient! Took them no time at all to do the job. 10/10 recommend

The plumber who came out to my house was a guy named Max. He was very helpful and courteous. Even though it was 9 p.m. when he got to my house he didn’t rush through the job and he took time to answer my questions. He was very skilled and great at customer service. He cleared my sewer line and plunged the drains in my basement so the water cleared out. He also told me the cause of the line being clogged and referred me for a full inspection so I could get a quote on cost of repair.

A. Matthew, our technician, was one of the most polite and kind individuals I have ever met.
B. The company was able to help us out in less than 24 hours which is rare these days.
C. I had a concern with the charges vs. the quote we were given and I was helped immediately and the quote was honored…. even after I had already paid and was given a refund for some over charges without hassle.

I cannot say I have ever had a home maintenance company be so helpful, quick and kind as this company. Highly recommend for your needs!!!! -Allie P.

Mastertach was great! From the start, the offie personnel responded promptly to the message I had left, she was polite and friendly. The crew showed up on time the next day. They had the tools needed to identify the issue and were able to call in a crew to get it fixed immediately. They were the 3rd plumbing Co in 4 months to come out, but the ONLY one that went beyond addressing the symptoms to fixing the problem.

Matthew was fast and efficient when he was here to put in a new water heater. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions in an easy manner that didn't make me feel that I was taking up his time. I enjoyed talking to him.
The only complaint I had was when he arrived he didn't have the hot water heater I had ordered and had to go back and get it. He stated that he had been told he was there for a water heater replacement and that was it. I had gotten a quote in writing with the water heater I wanted and even texted Master Tech to ask about the diameter of the new heater to make sure it would fit. I was surprised they hadn't loaded his truck with the correct model.
Other than that, no complaints

Matt is an amazing tech. He was alright with a video call so I could see how the repairs were going. He knows what he's doing to help fix this 94 year old house water pipe issues. Matt is a amazing and awesome guy. Thank you very much for your hard work.

Ran into an issue trying to replace a Moen shower cartridge. I called and 40 minutes later a MasterTech truck was in front of my house and a nice young man was asking me how he could assist me. It's super nice to have such fast and friendly service. It only took him like 15 minutes to get me fixed. The cost for my service call was very reasonable. Don't let people tell you they are more expensive because that simply isn't true. Your costs will depend on what you need repaired, but for me I was completely satisfied!

We had a pipe burst in our house and the techs who responded were all very polite and professional. They were up front about costs and what could be done to mitigate the costs. They also provided advice on how to get the most out of our plumbing and water systems.

Called Monday morning to get a technician to come out and identify a clog in our drains. They came the same day, and our technicians name was Ryan. He was very knowledgeable, he discussed everything with me as he did it, there were no surprise charges, there’s a 30 day warranty on their work,very professional and prompt service from this company. I recommend them anytime.

Kyle and McKenzie came out today to do my routine maintenance. In passing, I laughed and told McKenzie how randomly my unit goes to 62 degrees in the middle of the night. She took control, reset all the crazy random presets I lessed up and set them to my actual request. That is not even part of my plan, but kindness.
Also, maintenance plan is CRAZY reasonable. I pay less than a price of a filter monthly and they also changed that for me! Great Job. Love my LOCAL BUSINESSES. THEY ARE MAINTAINING A UNIT I DID NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM but I will next time!

Great service and Kyle and McKenzie took care of us. They were both timely, professional, and respectful. I couldn’t ask for better techs or service. This is the second time Kyle has been out to my place to do work and both times he has demonstrated a customer focused mindset.

Max arrived quicker than the caller said he would be here which was a joy because we had been unable to use our kitchen sink and dishwasher from Friday thru Monday the 1st. From the time he arrived in our driveway until he drove off with our sink completely functional it took half an hour! Max was great. We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

We own a home built in 1880. The sewer problem was located beneath a brick fireplace a few feet away from the city alley. It would have been easier to dig in from the alley, but it would have doubled the repair cost! The tech team (Nathan,Chris,and Fletcher) were determined to keep out of the alley and save us the extra expense!

Upon toppling the fireplace they discovered it was resting upon a 5’x5’x28” cube (or larger) of concrete that would not budge

On day 2 they began work around 9 am. It took nearly 3 hours of jackhammering to finally break the monstrosity apart and gain access to the collapsed pipe below.

By 3 pm the sewer line was repaired!!! Way to go, Fletcher!!

These guys deserve every dollar it cost us! They were ever so patient as I hovered over them the entire time photo-journaling their work! Can’t praise this team enough!!

I called Master Tech on a very bad weather day and they sent a very nice young man right out. I had called others first and they were not taking calls or emergency calls only. He fixed our problem and we were very happy with the cost. We will definitely call Master Tech again if we should need a plumber.

McKenzie and Kyle were very kind and professional. Came out and found the problem with our heater quickly and had it up and running in no time! A part needed to be ordered so they were able to give a safe temporary fix to allow us to enjoy heat while the part is coming in. Highly recommend! 10/10!

From the moment I called in for service to the service tech who was on site, the team was very professional. The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and very informative. He identified the issues, repaired them and had our two systems running. I will definitely recommend them and I will be using them again.

Came out quickly to fix a problem with my heating on a cold winter Sunday morning. Super professional, friendly, and efficient. After hours emergency pricing was reasonable. I use Mastertech for my business and will always recommend them for plumbing as well as heating and cooling.

VERY professional! Informed me of everything they were doing as they were doing it. Touched almost whole house. Took all day, but the guys worked without a break.
