Little Blue Elephant

Best restaurant in town. It's delicious. The food is top notch, great service. I would give ten stars if I could. I am very picky and we rarely eat out. We had the appetizer sampler, little blue elephant fried rice, and chicken pad Thai, and every bite was impeccable. Highly recommend.

A one man show at the Little Blue Elephant. A kind man greeted us as the first guests to walk in at lunchtime. He served us, made the food, kept our drinks full and the rest of the guests happy. Everything we ate was delicious. Thai hot is ❤‍🔥legit. We had the pad thai, tofu with veg and red curry for entrees. All were big flavors balanced with brightness . The fried spring rolls are delicate and delightful. Potstickers were gobbled up before i could try them. This place is 🤌 .

I’m obsessed with pho, obsessedddd 😂 I haven’t been here in years, honestly just because I forget there restaurants down town. It was made with cabbage instead of bean sprouts, which bean sprouts are my FAVORITE, but I still ate it with the cabbage and let me tell you… YUM! 🤤 Decided to go take a school test and take myself out to lunch at the same time and it was so relaxing and quiet in there and the man was so kind. I definitely recommend this restaurant ♥

Paid special attention to my dietery needs! (Vegan options available with tasty tofu).
Spring rolls and Massaman curry were delicious.

Our lunch here was incredible. There was a bit of a wait because the owner was running the whole place on his own- serving, cooking, making sushi- but he did an amazing job. Our service was excellent, the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Went there with a party of 6 plus 2 young kids. Atmosphere is fun and interesting. Sushi was delicious, but a little pricey. The California Roll was the best bang for your buck. Recommend the Siam Tender Spicy. Only complaint on the dish was that the chicken wasn't crispy enough. Big portions and good price for entres. Service was quick. Since going there in the past they have cust the resteraunt seating so it fits the store a bit better.

Went with a few friends at around 5ish and saw the sign that said "only pick up orders after 3" . We were standing outside looking for somewhere else to eat when the man running the restaurant came out and asked us what we needed. We told him that we wanted to dine in but understood that they werent doing dine-in at the time. He was super nice and said he'd let us dine in anyways. The atmosphere was very nice despite being on the smaller side and the service was perfect. Our food was super good and the portions were pretty large for how cheap the price was (also have to add that one of us got curry and they had put the rice in a heart mold so it was super cute). Overall the experience was amazing and we'll be making this one of our usual dining out spots

tasty food. owners are friendly. got the appetizer sampler and the drunken fried rice with shrimp. everything was yummy. the dipping sauces for the appetizers were delicious.

I just order some pho , drunken noodles , and some sushi . Literally the best sushi I have had in Minot , quit going to ND Asia, this is the spot here .

I rlly came here for the pho. I was too lazy to make it myself. I’m glad i came here because the pho was SO good , I was scared to order it because not everyone can get pho broth right. BUT THIS HIT THE SPOT.

The man at the front was so sweet , he thanked me for supporting his business and told me to make sure I don’t tip the food over because he wanted me to open the sushi and see the presentation .It was so good and the presentation looked very gourmet . I wish i ordered more sushi. I wish I took pictures before I scarfed the food down lol

Zero frills, very authentic and well hidden away. This restaurant fulfilled everything I hoped it would with my Red Curry dinner. My mouth is pleasantly on fire with the Thai Spice option, but not overwhelmed to the point of missing the delicious coconut curry flavor. I definitely would recommend this spot to anyone searching for a good meal. My server was also very attentive and she topped off the experience with her great attitude. 10/10

Little Blue Elephant Fried Rice (no calamari) Just a tiny bit of spice. Amazingly seasoned! Wonderful :) One happy customer! Doors may be closed if slow, very responsive and personable just call!

I had a togo order of vegetable fried rice and thai iced tea. The fried rice was steaming hot and fresh even when I got home! I loved the different array of veggies they put in the fried rice, the quality of the food in general, and the sweetness of the thai iced tea. As a thai food lover from Fairbanks, Alaska (lots of thai places in fairbanks) I will be coming here to get my thai food fix while I'm here in the states.

Great foods, I suggest first ordering the tom yum soup.

Ken blew us away by his incredibly kind service, food was amazing & hit the spot beyond our expectation. Impressive and authentic Thai food to say the least. We had spicy bamboo , spring rolls & red curry. Delish!!! The atmosphere is delightful. Ken does it all with a smile, timeliness & grace. So happy we came here & this will be our go to when passing through Minot. 5* all the way around. Thank you

Finally! Some authentic Thai food! We love Thai food and have been looking for a place that we can Regularly order from. We got the pad Thai, pad woon Sen, and pepper steak. The medium is pretty dang spicy! Which I actually like. We got pur order to go and it was still piping hot. Even the restaurant had a very nice authentic vibe. Would highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Lobe this place. I don't eat sushi, but the other food is delicious. They're only open for takeout right now. Hopefully, they'll have more hours in the summertime. It's definitely an appreciated authentic restaurant in Minot.
