Ben is the best! So nice, funny, and extremely helpful! I wish all employees were this way! He goes above and beyond and takes pride in his job! McDonald's is lucky to have him on the team!! Keep up the great work!

We eat at alot of McDonald's this one at least mentions me by name when using the app which is nice so I know they are at least using my code for me to get my points and it's very personal making it more customer friendly

It was pretty good, the workers were really nice and attentive. And the food was really good. I love the chicken burger and the fries 🍟are always a hit.

Good just need to have a more self serve location for napkins and straws and sauces like bbq, ketchup, etc.

I am visiting from Florida and come here with my grandson. People here are very friendly and courteous. My grandson feels so special and we will be back again.

Wow. What a difference a positive attitude makes!! I had just gotten off work and I hadn't eaten at all at work. I decided to go to the McDonald's on 31st Ave. SW. Mind you.... I am already tired. I am already hungry. The place looks busy, but I am patient. Now imagine, in the midst of me being in that condition the drive thru person gave me such a nasty attitude that I drove off without finishing the order. So I decided to drive all the way to this McDonalds on Broadway. I didn't know what to expect. And lo and behold, Dana. Dana took my order with such positivity and humor. I remember her because the last time I was there, she gave such a positive attitude and she made me smile and laugh the last time I was there. Mind you, both McDonald's were busy. The McDonald's with Dana was way busier!!! There were 2 long lines of cars waiting to order. To deliver that kind of customer service with a smile is not easy and I tip my hats off to you Dana! You definitely made my night better. Thank you! P.S. Dana deserves a raise!!

My food order was correct (which is ALWAYS a win) and staff was friendly when I came through.

If you order McDonald's from DoorDash, you better hope it's from here. They musta hired Ronald Mc D himself cuz the only other one near the mall always gets it wrong. They prolly only hire Grimace worshipers.

Can't go wrong here. Nuggets are always tasty and they give plenty of sauce.

I ordered a cheese burger, and I didn’t get cheese but I got this brown stuff smeared on my burger, kinda tasted bad, but I ate the burger anyways cuz I was starving cuz it took them 48 minutes to get my food

Embarrassingly, I go here often. Mostly for the dollar diet cokes, and nuggets for my son I do suppose. I digress. This location has very rarely made mistakes, when it does happen I swing through again and its made right, quickly and properly. There a few standouts however. Without remembering names its hard to guve proper credit. Due to the frequency of my visits for a while there, qeve built a bit if a rapport so one in particular stands out. I'm remiss to remember his name...Chase or Gage...leaning towards Gage. Younger guy, late teens, very early 20s; curly hair with glasses. He is always so personable and goes out of his way to ask me how things are going, days its good to see you and the like. Hes awesome. Not necessarily a rave for the establishment so much as for him individually. He is an asset wherever he will go in life thats for certain. Perhaps this better left in a local rave page but Ive spent all this time so here you go! Its a well oiled machine, both lines tend to move quite quickly with rare errors which are promptly rectified. :)

Food was good, warm and served really quickly considering we ordered 8 cheeseburger and 40 pieces of nuggets.

Usually very fast. Can't beat their daily specials. My favorites are Tues free big mac, Wed free chicken sandwich and Thurs free 10 piece for spending just $2. How do the other fast food restaurants stay in business!?

The burgers were nice and hot and made to my customized order. The fries were hot and crisp and not too much salt as per my request. The order was ready before I could get my two ice teas out together. Friendly staff.

Definitely one of the nicest McDonald's I personally have been too. They are always super busy yet still make the food properly and you don't normally have to wait extremely long. Good for a McDonald's

Look guys, it's a McDonald's, if you are upset that they messed up your order or the wait time was long, that's your fault for having too high of expectations.
Yes, they will forget your fries occasionally, yes there will be bad wait times at busy hours. But when you finally get those golden fries with that ice cold chocolate shake, it makes up for all the times they did you wrong.
It's as good as a McDonald's as you'll find and you will still keep coming back.

I'm not an onion eater and they always serve my food 100% to my liking and are very friendly. It's my favorite McDonald's in Ward County.

The staff at this McD's goes above and beyond for their customers. For example: my son got a toy he already had in the happy meal we ordered. He asked me if I could ask the staff to switch it out for him. I told him I think it would be better if he asked the staff since it was his toy (he's 5 years old so time to teach him how to handle situations for things he wants). We went to the order area and he asked if they could switch the toy for him (he had one in mind already and requested it if it was available). The gentleman behind the counter said he would see what he could do. The gentleman went to the back and got the particular toy my son asked for! My son was extremely excited when he returned with the requested toy and thanked the gentleman. Thank you for making my son's day. 😊
