I have to give them credit because they are doing the best they can and you can’t knock them for struggling so long as they do the best they can which they have with me. Mistakes happen and tough situations happen to companies as well as people and all you can do it the best you can and they are doing that.

They do have a self help kiosk at this location (117 5th St SW, Minot, ND 58701). Kiosk is accessible after hours. I had a letter to mail and needed a printed receipt showing I sent it. Worked out great.

Address is 117 5th Ave SW not 5th St SW! I've tried editing the address location like 5 times and they keep approving it but it's never changed!!
