They are very welcoming and ready to help but not overbearing. Julie helped me sort through the overwhelmed selection of mattresses, explained the differences, and had me try out the ones she thought would match my needs. She knew her products, pricing, and current deals to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. No pressure and was glad to see us come back to close the deal after we had checked out the competition.

CJ was our salesman and we had the best experience with him! He was very personable and went out of his way to ensure that we were well taken care of with our purchases. Give that guy a raise!

Jeff is THE best salesperson I've ever worked with. He knows styles, colors and options so much better than I do, and gives you the feeling you're working with family. The rest of the staff is always helpful and kind, and the delivery team goes above and beyond to get your furniture to you.

Julie was our sales person. She was so very helpful and informative and not aggressive. I am a buyer that needs space and she gave us that but very available when we were ready. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her!!

Very helpful in explaining where the furniture was located that we were looking for and also telling a lot of the features of different furniture. We were give a lot of time to look around, discuss and try to figure out our needs and we were checked on when walking around browsing to see if we had any questions or what it was we were considering. It was a great experience as it had been a while since purchasing living room furniture for us.

Everyone was so helpful and great. Being remote and showing me via text what was available was so helpful. Thanks to Kurt and then the gal that helped me purchase because Kurt was not working that day was so sweet and helpful, very detailed in showing how to operate the chair and putting it together when we got it home. Along with the guys in the back wrapping the chair and loading it. Then double checking everything before we left. Excellent service.

Dennis Lynse was very helpful to me, and helped me find a furniture set for the living room of my first home. I appreciated his stories and genuineness, he truly cared about my situation and found me the perfect set for my budget.

Very nice place and the customer service is excellent. There was a mixup about being able to deliver certain items and that was cleared up quickly. The delivery driver and passenger were very professional and were very knowledgeable. If you are searching for a deal, check out the clearance section. Prices are as reasonable as can be expected with name brand furniture.

Jennifer was great to work with. We were looking for a mattress. We explained what our wishes were and she walked us thru the different types available. She listened to what we wanted and never once pushed us to buy a more expensive product. They will be delivering our purchase this week.

We love this place. We have bought several items there. Brad is who we always go too. He's a wonderful salesman. This most recent time I dealt with CJ due to Brad being put for the day and he was awesome as well.

Exceptional experience working with Mr. Doerr selecting new furniture for living room and dining room. He showed us how we can get a sofa and 2 chairs in a fabric of our choosing instead of settling for what is on the showroom floor. Awesome

Ruth was very helpful and accommodating. She explained all of the differences in the different brands, grade level of furniture, insurances and warranty. She also came in on her day off to work order and complete the transaction.

The Sales Consultant Curt Tracy was very helpful and knowledgeable with my purchase of 2 recliners. He was very kind and patient with my decision making. I am looking forward to the added comfort the Recliners will give my home.
