Very nice employees for both day and night shift, I make regular visits and definitely recommend doing the same open 24/7

To the guy working the afternoon shift at the Loaf & Jug yesterday on Burdick at 1pm.
For further reference, don't sit there and complain about a customer that you just shooed out the door to the other employee, saying, "how you can't stand her. How she's homeless, and you cant 'understand' her when she talks".
Everybody's entitled to their own opinion. By all means, but as a "CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ", don't do it in front of other customers. Pretty unprofessional and tasteless.
On a side note, she seemed pretty harmless and you looked like an a$$hole. Just saying. 🙄

Was there the morning of 9/14/22 at about 8am, and the worker, I believe his name was John(Older, Tall male, With glasses) was very rude the whole time we were in the store. He kept shaking his head at us like we couldn’t see him and when asked a question about anything he gave answers in a very rude demeanor. I have seen him other times before and he is disrespectful each time but today topped them all.

I went in last night asking if I could get change for a $20 bill. Lady told me no. Awkward silence. Then she claimed she didnt have "enough money in my till to do that". I left before I called her out on her bull. My girlfriend took the 20 when I came out without her change, went in to buy the cheapest thing in the store to get her change, and what do you know, the lady suddenly has money in her till to break a 20 and change. Screw this place lol

The special needs cashier guy got angry because he couldn't tell what I was pointing at, even after giving a color and exact name... Called me names, lol it feels setup like a reality show.

Won't go in overnight anymore, get poor service. Especially from the main guy.

This loaf and jug sucks i been stuck in their parking lot for 3 hours and still not plowed so i can get out called talked to manager and as u can see nothing was done as im still sitting here after working all nite ugh
