Trinity Health Center - West

First visit to the new facility. Check-in was fast, locating the Doctors office was easy, and appointment time was precise. Doctor was through in the examination and answered all my questions. Follow up appointment was scheduled. Very pleased with the entire process.

Went in for a post op check up. The staff and nurses were kind and helpful. The doctor was very thorough in describing the details of my surgery and showed photos of the procedure. I had a very pleasant experience with him. We discussed how chronic my condition was and I was certainly grateful that I went to the ER when I did. Trinity rates 5 stars in my opinion. 👍👏 Keep up the great work!

Audiology department nurse Kimberly RN very friendly very knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr Thomas very friendly very thorough. Good suggestions and recommendations to resolve issues. And compassionate when performing procedures. I highly recommend their medical care and professionalism.

Dr. Brandt does a great job of following up after surgery. He and his staff are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

I love Dr.Lee with orthopedics ♥ he is very informative and listens . Dr.Lee is also very gentle when it comes to giving me my knee injections. His nurse Laurie is very friendly and kind and so are the other nurses at Trinity West . I highly recommend Dr.Lee.

Dr. Lee operated on my knee to reattach the ruptured quad tendon. So I have visited him and the staff at the orthopedic clinic several times in the past six months. The recovery has gone quite well. He and the staff at the clinic are always friendly and helpful.

I had a knee replacement and the surgeon was Dr Knutson. I was very impressed with the procedure and recovery time was short due to his guidance and PT.
I want to commend Dr Knutson for his surgical skills and also the supportive staff at his office.

Slipped and fell on ice ended up with a compound fracture of the ankle!! I received great care from the ER staff to Dr Knudson care to pre op to post op and my nurse on the surgical !! World class care from all people involved in my care and recovery!! Thank you Trinity Hospital for your most excellent care!!

Thankfully, Dr Heidi Binder worked me into her schedule. A few days is much better than a few months. Definitely, happy with her services. Thank You!

If what your asking is about the Dr Longfors at the building located Burdick and Broadway the. They are excellant and do there job perfectly and are personal with you. Nancy and Alicia are the best. Only issue I had was with Trinity and there answering services. when I looked up the phone number on Trinity's website I tried called 6 times over a week and left messages with the service and with a person. Longfor's office never got them. I was out of town and had a concern so for a week I had to worry about it. All I can say is keep the Dr's business card with you. It's the only number you will get help at. When I got home and called the number on the card I got through to the nurse immediately and was able to be seen immediately also.

So to surmise. Dr Longfors is great and Trinity needs to fix there communications.

What a wonderful working group! They quickly diagnosed the problem and implemented a fix. Then they provided excellent follow up support.

I got there a bit early and didn't even have to wait to see the Dr. He had a good talk with me and examined my throat and found nothing wrong. I was out of there before my appt time.

Trinities audiology department is amazing and so very helpful. I would recommend this department and their audiologists to anyone... I have recommended them to my own father

I had an x-ray done and all my techs were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
