Noah's Ark Animal Hospital & Bird Clinic

We have been coming to Noah's Ark for seven years now. We've always had great services and visits. This last visit for us was not expected. Something drastically changed with my fur baby, so we took her in to be examined. While we pursued treatment for a few days, my fur baby's body was fighting against our attempts, and we had to make the humane decision to assist her in crossing over the rainbow bridge. Doctor Amber has always been pleasant and she was so kind during this difficult time for us. Her bedside manner and the way she talked with us was very considerate, empathetic, and very much appreciated.

If you’re looking for a vet, this is the place! As far as my experience, it wasn’t the greatest…but that was NOT due to the staff.
I brought my dog in for an emergency surgery for a bowel obstruction; after a lengthy surgery…he succumbed a few hours later. My buddy was in very bad shape and it happened very fast. Dr. Holly did everything she could and much more. I won’t get into detail of the “extra” she did…but it will never be forgotten and very very appreciated. Appreciated beyond measure.
I no longer have my “Loaf”…but I have a vet that when the time comes for another dog, they will have my business for as long as I live in Missouri.
I highly recommend Noah’s Arc and the staff there! Absolutely amazing people who actually care and are NOT out for the money like others out here. They care…they care probably more than they should.

They always take amazing care of both the animal and owners. When I had to put my dog down they didn't even charge me. They are so kind and the are the best price in town you can tell they care more about animals than money and that is rare even for vets. You won't find anywhere better in town than this place.

Hadn’t been to them in a few years. First off the remodel is so nice. Lots of room. We met Dr Amber she was fantastic with our two dogs. Glad we decided to return to Noah’s Ark.

Friendly, clean, and very thorough with both my dogs exams. Dr. Chris took the time to listen to my concerns and we agreed on a future plan for the health of my problematic dog. I have been using Noah’s Ark for over 12yrs and my animals have always been treated with the utmost respect and care. Best bet in Columbia by far!!

My husband and I have had our maltipoo siblings for 12 years. In 2021 the female maltipoo was diagnosed with Cushings disease and unfortunately passed in December 2022. Her brother was not handling the pass well, so we decided to bring in two puppies to try and give him some comfort and company while we were away at work. Of course with owning puppies, comes the need to spay and neuter them- so we turned to Noah’s for their care!

I was so anxious to drop them off (likely some PTSD from the recent passing of our girl) and begged to pick them up the same day. The staff member relayed that it was very unlikely that I would be able to pick them up that evening due to a busy same-day surgery schedule. I’ll admit that I was pretty adamant that I wanted to get them. Dr. Amber was made aware of our situation and worked hard to get them fixed and in recovery so we could pick them up before they closed.

My husband and I were able to rest easy that night knowing they were at home with us and in the best hands during the day of surgery/recovery.

I would recommend Noah’s and Dr. Amber/her team to anyone! I am so grateful for the empathy and care that they have shown us and our fur babies!

Also- a huge shoutout to Novely (a vet tech) for keeping me updated on their status, for your prayers, and for keeping my nerves calmed during the day. We appreciate you so much!

As for as I am concerned, there is no other vet in Columbia. The had to do surgery on our pet he was treat with dignity and respect. They were friendly and courtesy
Great vet

My family has been going to Noah’s Ark animal hospital for years and they have always been fantastic! On Tuesday, we took our cat in for annual shots. He had an adverse reaction to one of the vaccines. Noah’s Ark was able to get us in today (Wednesday) within an hour an half of calling in and didn’t even charge for an office visit (just the cost of the steroid shot). Vet wanted a call back that evening to make sure kitty was doing okay. Very impressed with the care we received today!

It’s rare to find people/a place that care so deeply about the people they help. Very grateful we came across Noah’s Ark years ago! 10/10 recommend

I take both of my cats and my dog to Noah's Ark, and I'm so appreciative of every person who works here! Passionate about the work they do, always helpful and informative when it comes my pets' health care, and are incredibly affordable. I wouldnt ever think about taking my fur babies anywhere else.

Noah’s Ark is my dogs second home. The staff is so kind and sweet to my pups. Always wants what’s best for them and the few times we’ve had to come in for an emergency they’ve always fit us in and protected my babies. They are very understanding of my dog reactive dog also. Make accommodations and help us keep the situation calm while loving on my dog.

I love them! I have a tortoise and my local vet doesn't work with reptiles. In panic I called any vet I could around me that could and would work with reptiles. I called them today about her broken beak and they were able to get me in-today. They quickly, and compassionately took care of her and her beak. All staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be taking my tortoise there any time she needs vet care.

Kindness, efficiency and care reasonable priced. Loving Noah's Ark for over 30 years, back again.

I've known the owners for so many years that I can say with complete confidence that I would trust any of my pets and their precious lives to them completely. My animals are my children and carry my heart around so Noah's ark saves people's lives too. All of their staff are wonderful and will do with everything in them, what they can to fix your babies and make sure you and your wallet are happy as well. All my love goes out to this place.

These guys are wonderful. I had a last minute meeting come up and they let me drop of my dog Hobbs, 30 min before his appt. So I could make my meeting. The best!!

Noah's ark has been providing care our pets for over 8 years. The doctor are outstanding. Their service and care is second to none. The staff customer service is outstanding. They even like my corny statements. Would not make them anywhere else. God bless the staff.

We have brought our animals here for years and absolutely recommend Noah's Ark to anyone and everyone with animals. We brought our guinea pig by Saturday (9/17/22) because he wasn't acting right. We got him as a friend for our other male. Well not only was he not a he. He was a SHE and she was pregnant!! We brought her back Sunday at the request of the vet because she appeared weaker and was not really eating or drinking and unfortunately she not only lost her babies, but she did not pull through the surgery. The vet was incredibly sweet and caring. She not only took care of our girl at her home to keep an eye on her after surgery but she also was there after hours to try and deliver the babies so that momma would have a better outcome. Unfortunately, momma was just not strong enough. I appreciate everything you all did for our sweetie and while the outcome was not ideal, I am thankful that your vet was so incredibly kind. I will remember your kindness and will continue to take our other animals here for your excellent care!

Drs. Greg and Terry Chapman are the best Veterinarians in the area. I've been with them since 1989. Would not take any of my pets to anyone else. They have taken care of my Birds, Cats and Dogs. Wonderful Vet clinic!
