We went in to look at some possible options after looking at a few other places. We weren't intending to buy that day, but ended up doing so for a few reasons. One was our salesperson, Ross. He was super knowledgeable, answered questions honestly, and gave us the options that were best for US, based on what we told him we needed. He never tried to upsell us and actually really helped us find the best fit for us. We ended up with a mattress, adjustable base, and delivery/haul away for about what I expected we would pay for a decent mattress, and he got the financing set up to make it happen. Really liked the selection and options available through the store, too. Highly recommend.

The staff were nice, they didn't mind me taking my time to try out the different mattresses. Wasn't pushy, explained the differences between products and let me come to my own conclusions easily. Excellent prices, and a great discount. Very satisfied.

Joshua was very polite, kind and knowledgeable! He helped me select a new frame for my mattress when the one I got from another retailer was not suitable. I appreciate his help! Joshua was filling in at the Mid-Rivers location for another manager. He did a great balancing act with three sets of customers at the same time. He is not usually at this location, but I would buy from him again!

This is my first time buying from mattress firm and had a great experience. We shopped around about 6 different places and nothing compares to the help we got at mattress firm. Will have to say that our salesman Ken at the mid rivers location was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the serta Iseries 2.0 hybrid 2000 we purchased.
