Dillard's

Okay so I saw that last year I had a bad experience. Completely different today! Thank goodness! I had been looking at the purses and I was approached by a customer service representative who was very friendly and helpful. I then went through the perfumes and found this wonderful beautiful friendly staff Shae that showed me all the things I was wondering about and I entered in a scentsational event and had a great time. Thanks again for everything! Found a few things to consider for the holidays ✨ 😊

Great place to buy a dress for any occasion. They have a great selection of girls, juniors and even women’s dresses. So many gorgeous options for a great price.

The show department was quick on the exchange. I appreciate how easy the clerk made the return, checked for the correct size in back and ordered the right size to be delivered.

I was helped by friendly staff in the mens dress clothes. She was wonderful to work with and I found several items I was looking for. I am glad this store is here!

I went to look for a baby gift for a co-worker of mine. She is due in August, and I really did not have to buy in early June, but just wanted to see layette options. I saw a sign that if you spent so much on baby items, Dillard's would put it in a basket and wrap it up for you. I went for it. The basket is absolutely beautiful, and Gina in Customer Service did such a nice job and really labored over the wrapping. I was more than impressed, and I do shop there a lot, but sometimes, do more online shopping. I think I will go to the store more often, as Gina was the consummate professional, and left a very good impression on me. Thank you Gina. I hope you get a nice raise when they come around. You are truly an asset to Mid Rivers Dillard's.

Great service, ladies department formal wear. Helped me figure out the best size for the dress I purchased.

Dillard's still one of the better department stores for quality men's clothing. I love their line of Daniel Cremieux. They keep the store clean and fresh and very friendly. And they keep their clothing prices in range for various budgets.

They at least had staff available to help you.

Love this department store. Love the new soap products they are now selling. I always seem to find quality items at Dillards.

Becca in the bra department is wonderful! She helped my MIL and was very patient and helpful. I highly recommend going there if you need to be fitted.

I’d just like to shed some light on an employee named Penny who works here. As someone who struggles with finding a bra that fits, she found me a perfect fitting bra in just a couple min! And strapless at that! I’m legit mind blown! Her customer service was amazing and I’d come back just because of her. She’s a valuable employee. Thank you Penny!

Every employee I dealt with which was 4 different people bent over backwards and went out of their way to help me Order a couple products , The staff couldn't have been any nicer ! It was such a nice experience it followed me throughout the rest of my day !

I love Dillard's it's an awesome store they have beautiful clothes some pretty expensive but I always look for the deals. And I find lots of them. When I walk into Dillard's I don't feel overwhelmed like I do when I go to Macy's to see their sales . All though I do like Macy's as well. But I think the quality of clothes a Dillard's are better. I just wish they weren't so expensive sometimes.

They have good quality products and friendly, knowledgeable associates.

Excellent customer service!!! I Was shopping for mud pie set and couldn’t find it. New store manager searched for me everywhere, found what I needed , stayed after store has closed and made sure that my piece was accurately packed! Best shopping experience ever!!! Thank you so much for that!!!!

We were here on New Year's Day for their clearance event. Man oh man, I couldn't imagine that they would have been so busy. Everyone we came in contact with was nice and courteous with the exception of our cashier. One of the items did not have a pricetag, so she couldn't sell it without it. But her resolution was to have me, someone handicapped, walk around to see if someone else had the other one. Since they knew they only had 2. When I couldn't find the other one she told us that she could not sell it at all. I went back an hour later to see if we could figure it out, since my Mother really wanted it. And the same lady told me that she sold it an hour before. When I confronted her about it, she told me the other customers told her how much it was. Hell if we knew it was that easy we would have made up our own price, too.
