Sleep Inn Springfield South I60 near Medical District

5 stars every time. I’ve been to this hotel before about 2 years ago and it was flawless. 2 years later, still flawless. Absolutely no complaints. Hands down my favorite part is breakfast, I love the sweet older lady that does the food. She’s the absolute sweetest, is super kind, talks to guest, and always keeps up with the food. She deserves a raise!!!!

Great stay! Beds were comfortable, quite room, walking distance to restaurants and gas station. Easy access to highway and secure parking. I even recommend getting a pizza from the Casey’s gas station next door then ask for plates from the front desk and have a nice relaxing night in. We will be back soon.

We stayed there over the weekend (Saturday night) for one night. The lady at the front desk working the mid-shift was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and great for a one night stay. Also the pool and hot tub were a nice feature. The only thing that I would say was an issue our toilet would not flush. However, the lady working the front desk was able to move our rooms. And both rooms had no issues with cleanliness which is something I appreciate as a guest.

The people there are so carrying a nice. The front desk clerk Tyler is very Helpful great person, the lady in the breakfast room is a great person and very helpful. We love staying there. Thanks for all your help when we're there. I appreciate all of you.

Nothing to not like about the hotel other than a couple of glitches. One is the layout on the first floor. I'd like to talk to the designer. My main beef is says medical district when the hospital we needed to go was anything but close. Beds are fine but if you're on the ground floor and there are kids above you, you're going to know it.

Amazing customer service. All the staff are amazing. Rooms are clean. Bed and pillows are soft. Was surprised it had an indoor pool and hot tub. The lady at breakfast is always so nice and friendly.
Breakfast is eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Also have cold cereal, oatmeal, donuts and waffle maker. Juice is orange and apple. Highly surprised! The hotel is right by Texas Road House and FDs Grillhouse. Both are the same kind of restaurants. FDs is just cheaper in price. Close to Walmart and Sam’s club. Plus a few other restaurants.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Rooms are equipped with all we needed and very very clean. Location was great and close to where I needed to be. Will totally be staying here next time in town. 5 ☆ and Highly recommend!

Nice clean rooms & friendly staff! Breakfast : waffle maker, sausage patties, B&G, pastries cereal etc. Bed was little firmer than I prefer, but that is just personal preference. Great location with steak house, fast food, shopping and main hwys close by.

Our car broke down 200 miles from home and we needed a place to stay that was close to restaurants within walking distance. The Sleep Inn was the perfect spot. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing! Three restaurants and a convenience store was in walking distance. The staff held our luggage for us, after checkout time, while we waited to hear about how long it would take our car to be fixed. We appreciate how kind and accommodating they were to us. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you!

Glad I choose this hotel over the rest was very satisfied Sunshine at the front desk was very nice and helpful she gave us a room close to the entrance to help accommodate our family.
Its in a great location walking distance to Caseys gas station and Texas Roadhouse.

Staff was very polite. Room was clean and nice. Hot breakfast was very good. Location was great! Easy access in and out. Only a few minutes from Bass Pro Shop and aquarium. Several restaurants within walking distance from hotel. Would recommend!

Great stay! Friendly staff & superb facility. The king bed could have been softer, but may be preference. The extended shower was really nice.

Nice place, great price and the front desk girl was friendly at check in. The breakfast was good and the lady working the kitchen was friendly and helpful. We really appreciated her.

Wow!! From the check in to the check out; everything was fantastic. Kylo at the front desk was exceptional!! Kind, polite, accommodating. Room was clean. Beds & pillows were SO comfortable. Breakfast was basic but very good! They exceeded our expectations!! We would stay again; anytime. No regrets. 5 stars!!

Mom and I needed a place to rest. Our usual hotel was sold out. We are glad, as this hotel was wonderful! The pool and hot tub were much appreciated after the drive!

The staff was professional and friendly, the room was clean in in great shape, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. All that far a great price. Highly recommend.

The entire experience was great! The location was wonderful, highway access was handy. The young man at the desk in the evening that checked us in was super nice and smiley which we usually don’t see at night in hotel staff. The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had from an economic hotel stay! Deon (I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling) was serving breakfast and was unbelievably attentive and helpful!
