S2 South is AWESOMELY RAD!!! Each visit I’m greeted by name, they check in on how the family is doing, and always help me with my goals and ambitions without the stress of trying to think of them! Drake and Adam lead the way each day to provide the best in fitness and nutrition along with Ian Sean and the rest of the S2 South crew. I couldn’t be more thankful to have them to go to my my fitness goals!

It is always a pleasure to go into this store. You are promptly greeted by the staff. They are attentive to your needs, and have the knowledge to guide you in your purchases. They never pressure you, but are very helpful and friendly in answering questions. Awesome staff and store with a great selection of products.

I cannot say enough good things about Suppliment Superstore! Drake, Adam, and Ian are fantastic. The entire staff is always welcoming and has been instrumental in our journey to better health. I don’t think it really matters which SS store you go to because I have never been in a bad one, but this one has time and time again proven to be top notch! Truly. The employees are SUPER friendly and helpful. From loading my 13 cases of 1st Phorm energy (I live far away) into the Blazer, to suggesting excellent places to eat, it’s a win, every time.

I have always liked going to this store rather than anywhere else. They are always there to guide you with what goes with your goals. Wish I could remember the guy who helped me this last time. He was very helpful and not in a rush to get the sale and move on. Well done supplement super store.

Very helpful crew, helped me get situated with everything I need. I was a little nervous at first but all the staff made me feel welcome and not overwhelmed with any kind of pushy sales pitches, just a helpful attitude overall. Definitely will be back for everything I need to aid my fitness goals.

Dylan contacted me to see how I was doing with the Operation Transformation Challenge. He answered my questions and offered recommendations. I was able to easily purchase the items we discussed. He provided me with a nutrition plan to meet my needs. Very good experience.

I always look forward to coming in to supplement superstore. The people there are amazing and will greet you with complementary water. They are so kind and always helpful as soon as you walk in to help you find and learn about new products. I adore the atmosphere and feel super comfortable when talking to the workers. SS Is my favorite fitness stop! The sales associates are ALWAYS friendly. Most of them remember my name, preferred products, and what I'm working towards. They are knowledgeable about the products, fitness, and diet. They always offer great suggestions, but ultimately leave decisions to me, which I highly appreciate! They've caused me to switch from my online supplement provider, to only SS!

The staff at the South Springfield location are the best! The stress of starting a new business can take a toll on your health. The recommended supplements have kept me healthy and strong. They are knowledgeable and always happy to help!

The Supplement Superstore location on S. Campbell in Springfield is well-stocked, clean, and affordable. The best part of the experience at Supplement Superstores is the sales staff, who are friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in building community. Can't recommend this location enough! Grateful to have this store near home for me.

I walked in S2 yesterday to step on their amazing (free) scale to see where I’m at. I knew from my son that their scale shows lots of informative measurements. The staff was so super helpful talking with me and giving me a personalized plan to help me move towards my goals. Today, following those recommendations I have more energy and motivation to work towards my health goals! Thank you, S2!

I would give 6 stars if i could. If anyone wants to know how to run and manage a successful business just go observe these guys. They are absolute professionals. They have some of the best supplements, and unlike some places they do not push a quota. They don't care what you buy they just genuinely want to help.

Products are awesome, availability is consistent and customer service is bar none. It’s that simple. Hand written thank you cards tailored to your conversation. Which makes it obvious that these guys cognitive function is on point. Their knowledge is great, and you can tell they love their work. I’ve been a frequent flyer here for probably 6-8 months and the service is 100% on point every visit. Most of them know my name and greet me when I walk into the door, and they even give you a bottled water and make small talk and help you with anything you need. I’ve gotten a few hand written notes from the staff as well. Your not just a customer, you actually feel like your part of the family. They’ve also always had what I needed and been able to point me in the right direction

I had the best experience today at s2! Drake did a great job getting me hooked up today! Great atmosphere through out the whole store! Hands down the place to go if you need the product or the knowledge, they got it!

I like a particular flavor of protein and one time, the south store didn’t have it, but the north store did. The guys at the south store had the north store hold back my flavor of protein and went and picked it up for me that day! They know keep my favorite flavor stocked up at the south store! I love and appreciate their service! Thank you SS!
