AT&T Store

Had a great experience here the other day; the sales rep didn’t hustle me into buying more expensive products so that was nice. I got the purple iPhone 14 for a really good deal monthly. I switched from Verizon cause of the dropped calls etc. I live like 40 miles outside Springfield AND I STILL HAVE 5G out here with AT&T & good cell reception. Verizon said it was impossible to get 5G services out here lol This is a good store to go to and the staff is friendly & professional. Much appreciated 🫶🏼

We arrived early, upon store opening. Jack greeted us and got us scheduled with the first available rep. Houston was assigned as our sales rep. He provided us with Outstanding customer service. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, personable, and very intelligent. He Listened to our needs, asked questions, presented us with two options based on our needs and helped us navigate the next steps in the process.

Best experience we have ever had at ATT. Houston was exemplary.

We had a huge headache due to the previous store we went to back home. Long story short, we came here because they had something the other store didn’t. Rob ( Robert D. on our receipt ) went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He understood customer care and because of him, I give this location 5 stars.

Jack Hewitt at the South Campbell location helped my fiance and I after we had an awful experience at the location at Sunshine and Campbell. He was able to both save us money and explain everything we did/didn’t need. For some reason when I left the review on the first place, it left it for him when he absolutely gave us 5 star service. I absolutely recommend asking for him at this location!

Josh S. was diligent and quick helping me upgrade to my current device. He was very knowledgeable with the products carried and the offers available. I would work with him again if I am given the opportunity. Thank you Josh.

Very helpful staff. The manager Jack and associate Michael went above and beyond to help us with a billing issue. I found my new go-to ATT store for sure !

Jack's service was excellent, we had a very unique problem caused by a clerical error on our account and he was able to come up with a great solution. Don't lose him, managers like these are hard to come by!

The store at Republic Road and Campbell was clean and staffed properly. Bryce was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and made it a fun experience. And the phone is great, too.

I had been looking from store to store trying to find a replacement screen protector for my phone for WEEKS!! One associate had recommended going online to get one but I was unsuccessful in trying that on my own also…technology can be confusing. ☺ When I came in the store today Rob greeted me with I smile (I think…because he had a mask on) and was beyond helpful waking me through the online ordering process. He was so kind and respectful even stepping aside as I created a password for my account and again when I entered my credit card details. I definitely will be back here for all of my AT&T needs and hope that Rob is here when I come back! Definitely a five star experience!!

Houston was extremely nice and professional with helping me get a new phone and it was very quick switching over from another carrier! Definitely go see that guy!!! 10/10

I was aware that I would need to wait for Houston. He held the elusive Samsung Tab S9+ for me the day prior. I ended up with the tablet, an upgrade for my watch, used the $350 discount and bought my son a watch, and 4 accessories. It was a great experience and I highly recommend the store.

Zak and Malory are the best customer service representatives that you could possibly have. Unfortunately we had to change wireless from AT&T due to signal issues while working remotely. The process is not an easy one, especially for tech challenged people who don't understand the ins and outs. Problems unlocking the phones and then with bill issues quickly brought my temper to a boil and both of them were THE BEST at reassuring me that it would all work out and we would be taken care of. These two coworkers should be praised and given raises and a good pat on the back for a job well done. THANK YOU, Zak and Malory!!!

We were greeted promptly and pleasantly. James was quick to help me with my broken phone and in less than 5 mins had my new phone from a different At&t store activated that I had purchased the evening before.

There are several store managers but I dealt with Mallory. She was so so good. Knew her stuff. Helped with contacting the main office. Got me a great new plan that no one had offered. Spend lots of quality and patient time with me.
