From beginning to end, Liberty Home Solutions was professional, dedicated, and personable. Bob made my Mom and I feel like family. He listen to our needs for the walk in shower and accommodated accordingly. They even showed up the day after Christmas and finished in two days knowing how important the shower was for my Dad who is in a wheelchair. We retiled the floors a month later and I made one phone call to Brenda and she sent out Jody to recaulk around the base of the shower at no cost. The product is top quality and the service is excellent. We are so happy with everything.

It is SO rare these days to have a company follow through on their word with high quality work done in a timely manner. Bob could not have been kinder and a more clear communicator- he worked with our schedule and had us several fair quotes the same day. He was up front about everything and put everything in writing. The work itself was top notch. My new basement windows look amazing and the install work was so clean and they got everything installed in half a day!!!! Competent workers who work with pride! In 2024!!!! I am so happy we went with Bob and Liberty Home Solutions and I'll be back with them soon enough.

From start to finish this company was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are honest, accommodating and efficient. I had been wanting a screened in porch for years, got many (outrageous) quotes, then I met Bob. He spent an hour+ with me showing me the product and helping to decide the options I wanted as I am very cost conscious. Especially compared to previous salesman, he gave me a very reasonable price for a great quality product. He also was NOT pushy, and that's when I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. He let the product speak for itself. A few weeks went by and I drew out exactly the design I wanted with a list of further questions. He was immediately responsive and happy to answer my questions. I even went to their show room and was very impressed. Some scheduling conflicts happened on my end, with having to get a tree removed. Brenda was accommodating at postponing the build start date. Once construction started the builders were pleasant to work with. You can tell they take pride in their work and want to make the customer happy. Again, I had a lot of questions along the way and they made sure to answer all of them. One even took photos of the base of my home to show me what they were building on was still in good shape. They took down my old deck, built a new deck and screen room in 4 days! I am THRILLED with the outcome. It turned out absolutely beautiful and it is where I will be spending majority of my evenings and weekends. Thank you Liberty Home Solutions for making my dream a reality! Bob, George, and Brenda, are fantastic to work with. They go above and beyond to give you the best product, install, and service. I built a 6600 square-foot home 12 years ago and they did all the windows for it. They were so professional that I am using them on the current home I have just purchased. We love our sunroom from Liberty Home Solutions. It’s been a great addition to our home & we spend a great deal of time during all seasons of the year due to the mini-split ac/heat unit. They did an excellent job with the install & we are extremely happy with their work & warranty.

Great company! Have used Liberty Home Solutions for several projects at two houses. We had all windows, sliding patio door and front door replaced at our previous house, then later on the garage entry door. At our current house we decided we wanted a screen porch and Liberty was who we called and who we used. They did a fantastic job. Bob and George are great and easy to work with. The jobs have been completed professionally and as promised and they stand behind their work. We will always call Liberty to give them the opportunity to work on our house project needs.

We recently had Liberty Home Solutions into our home to replace a leaky walk in shower; the work they did was fantastic, all of the installers were efficient, courteous and professional, and everything was done exactly like we talked about initially, and in record time. No mess AT ALL to clean up after they were done! We love our new walk in shower!!

I have been very happy with my new windows and remodeled kitchen. Our kitchen was especially awkward. The owner Bob was forward thinking and creative in designing a kitchen that, while small, functions perfectly for our family and offers much more cabinet space than before. My husband and I have mentioned on numerous occasions how lucky we have been to find a reliable and reasonable company that can provide so many of the solutions we need for our older starter home.

At the end of 2019 we decided we wanted new windows. After calling around and talking to a few companies we landed on Liberty Home Solutions. The owner came out and talked with us. It was a smooth process, and we love our windows. We had one issue come up, I called and they came right out to fix it. They stand behind their work and it shows. In 2020 we decided we wanted a new deck. We called several places and again chose to go with Liberty Home Solutions. Same thing the owner came out we explained our vision and now we have an outdoor space we love!! When they were supposed to come out and install, I got sick and had to have an emergency surgery. I reached out to them and they were very understanding and helped push it out until I was better. This is truly a great company. From Brenda who answers the phones and all of the many questions thrown at her, to Bob the owner, and everyone else we have come into contact with, it has been the best experience the whole way through, both times!! As a working mom, who is on the run constantly I needed it to be easy and to my expectations, and I got just that!!

Darrell and Gary just finished installing our new siding. It looks fantastic. We shopped around quite a bit and found Liberty to be the best value. Everything was handled great from the estimate to Brenda in the office. We are very pleased with the decision to use Liberty. I highly recommend.

Everyone involved in my bathroom remodel very professional and courteous.From the lady in the office to the two installers. Sales staff knowledgeable but not pushy,and willing to do it the way I wanted and offered options other remodeling companies did not offer. It turned out very attractive.This is my second job they have done for me, seven years ago they did my windows in the same house, the windows still look great and work just as good day one.So pleased with Liberty I have hired them to install new sliding patio doors.

Liberty Home Solutions built a sun room on my house. They were very professional and completed the job on schedule. I feel like the company is trustworthy and they do everything they say they will. I will use them again.

We purchased a home in Joplin at the end of December, 2020, and Liberty remodeled out bathroom. They took out a claw foot tub and replaced it with a walk in shower. The work was great; the workers experienced and they enjoyed the same kind of music I do! Due to the horrible weather we had, the completion took a little longer than planned but was no fault of Liberty. I would do it again, in a heartbeat. My husband, however, is not very fond of remodeling and probably would fight me on that! So, they took out the tub, put in an acrylic surround, built a little wall to accommodate the shower, replaced the vanity, replaced the flooring, repositioned the toilet. Lots of work. It looks so good and is so much more workable that it feels like it was never different. Good job George, Brenda, Eric and the congenial finisher!!

I have had siding, a bath, a shower, windows and a patio cover installed by Liberty. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the quality of the products installed.

Liberty done a great job installing the vinyl siding on my house. The man that done the installation was very personable, hard working and finished the job the same day. Was not the type of worker that needed to be watched. He was self motivated and stayed on task until the task was finished. Will definitely be using them again as future projects come up.

Liberty Home Solutions installed 5 windows, a patio door and remodeled our master bathroom over 8 years ago. They did a great job and all their products have awesome warranties.
We are now having them install a bay window and large picture window with casements. We will update this review after installation, but we’re sure their standards are just as good maybe better than 8 years ago😁

Bob and his team did a great job replacing all of the windows and sliding doors on our lake house! Had him come to our primary residence for a quote and he was honest and said we didn't need any new windows. He also fixed a door for us while he was there.
