Hy-Vee Grocery Store

Went to 4 places looking for crystals hot sauce. This was the only place that had it.
Clean, friendly staff, reasonable prices.
Return customer earned.
This was the 1st HyVee I've ever seen.

I love this store. So much variety the workers are nice, I mainly but the Jalapeño Cheddar Bread and have the slice it up and also the Walnut Cranberry Bread, which tastes amazing. In the meat department I love the stuffed Jalapeños and the smoked salmon. So many wonderful choices. Great produce section too. The cashiers are always so nice which I like.

Let's be honest here. Shopping at Hy-Vee isn't going to be as cheap as some other places. What it lacks in budget it more than makes up for in benefits. Great fresh food on site with reasonable prices, a full service bakery and meat counter, and a gas rewards program that is actually worth using.

This store was very well organized and all departments were clearly marked. It had a wide variety of fresh produce, cheeses and fresh bread, which was the reason for my visit. Despite being crowded, I was able to quickly check out. This may be my new favorite grocery market.

The variety of every product is awesome! Fruits and veggies that we like and wanna eat because they are good. Staff that can actually be found on the floor and will take you to what you are looking for. The best pre-made quick fix meals for us busy people. Thank you.. of the big thing is our love of our team the Chiefs! You've got us covered on that as well. Etc..

The store was very clean and laid out well. Purchased oatmeal rasin cookies, and they were excellent. The prepared food section looked delicious. The staff was friendly.

Their store brand 'That's so smart' is fantastic. Even the cottage cheese is good. They are cheaper than walmart and even food for less on most items, Like quaker instant oatmeal.

Had an impressive Pharmacy. Veterans sent me over to fill a script, that the pharmacy in the clinic hadn't, must say very impressed, the service was over the top, very timely getting me served, The other customers seem not having any problems, They do offer the vaccines to those needing one. The full five stars for a job well done..

They have pretty much everything you could want I only go there for the pharmacy because some things are pricey but they have some sales. Pharmacy staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable I always get a good deal on my prescriptions over here

Their employees are always pleasant and friendly. It's a positive atmosphere. They have awesome deals almost always. Their fuel saver savings really comes in handy and saves at the pump. I really love Hy-Vee all around.

I like visiting Hy-Vee grocery store because there are variety of stuff you get to buy in one place. Not to mention Starbucks, Asian food and gas station. They had lots of beautiful flowers for valentine's day as well. They usuahave good deal too.

I'm cooking for a birthday tomorrow and ordered an online pickup that my husband picked up on his way home from work tonight. They forgot a few of my essential items and at first I was so heartbroken as I needed the meats to get marinating tonight to start cooking in the morning and we live north of Springfield. I called and the online ordering department had already went home. I explained my situation to Hailey and Jennifer and they looked up my order and went above and beyond to help me get my items! I can't thank them, or Jason the delivery driver enough! Positive customer service is rare now days. I've done retail customer service and I know it's a difficult job at times but THANK YOU!!!! You guys helped make a 67th birthday celebration go much smoother! I can't even a little bit be upset about the error or even knock off a star. I'd give you three a bonus star each!

Beautiful store with anything you want to make a delicious dinner. Excellent sushi. My only complaint was the deli girls really didn't want to be bothered to get me some chicken. They were so involved with each other I got a look when I walked up and an attitude.

We have been big games of Hy-Vee since we lived up in a Iowa. We especially like the quality of the meat at the meat counter. The in house bratwursts are SO good!!!! The employees I’ve encountered in every location I’ve visited are very nice and very friendly. This is a great place to shop!!!

A few years back I was in Minnesota for a few months and when I returned to Springfield I was wishing they would put a Hy-Vee store here and low and behold a couple years later they did, I really love this store I can always find here what I can't find at other stores. Their meat 🍖 Dept is awesome as is the Produce Dept, Bakery Dept and all the other departments and the in store restaurants are also great, I'm originally from the west coast and I'm picky about seafood but I even like their sushi. The stores are always clean the staff friendly and knowledgeable have yet to have a bad experience at Hy-Vee 👍

Great place to shop they have everything you can think of . Their food area that is already prepared is soo good. They have a variety from Asian, Italian, sandwhiches, sushi and etc. They have bulk candy, Nuts and foods. Fabulous Meat Dept too. Plus they are proud sponsers of the Kansas City Chiefs! Wooo Whooo!

Huge store with a huge selection of items (food and non food). I love that there's never too much congestion in the store so I can usually be in and out. Parking is never a problem either

If only I could give 10 stars. I recently have been working with Jonathan Shank from this Hy-Vee store in Springfield, MO. I made a special request for him to order me items from another Hy-Vee store in Nebraska. He made that possible and he also gathered and packaged other items I wanted from his store. His dedication and outstanding customer service for me is what I have come to know and love from the Hy-Vee. Jonathan is a great employee in my eyes and deserves all the accolades he receives.

I love this this store! It has everything you can think of . They even have bulk candy, nuts, grains etc...they have a little food court area. A huge produce and meat dept. They have a health food section too. Excellent place to shop. A little more pricey than other stores but they do run sales alot.

This is for the Battlefield HyVee Pharmacy. I had a renewal prescription to pick up and when I got there, I also had another renewal prescription also ready. I have searched around and HyVee is very reasonable for these 2 prescriptions - cheaper than many other pharmacies in the area - it pays to shop prescriptions. I also had a question about an upcoming refill which the pharmacist was very courteous and attentive to my needs. We have also gotten some of our medical shots here and have always been treated with respect and in a timely manner.
