Had some problems in the past with unfriendly and lazy staff, but they've really improved over the last several months. The staff now is always smiling and helpful, to the point that they manage to bring a smile to my face at 8:00am when I'm headed to work, and I'm not even a morning person. Keep up the good work.

Deli food is surprisingly good. 2 beef and bean burritos for 2 dollars is my favorite deal. Store is clean, and I have had nothing but friendly experiences with the current employees. No complaints. Great store!

Fair prices, as I read the reviews of the Mr.&Mrs who say that these people are sarcastic, I'm not sure who they speak of because, this team is FAST AND FRIENDLY!! $3.59 gal.

Google says this is open 24 hours a day but it isnt.

Good hot food that is cheap quick and great if you have a short lunch break or juat want to grab a quick bite

Fine as a gas station, but not buying food from attendants with a mask UNDER their chin, and picking their nose.

Nothing “friendly” about em. My car was broken into and wallet stolen. Thief drained my bank account and one of the purchases was at one of their stores. They wouldn’t help. They have some scummy policy that they can only give video to police. Guess what? The officers in charge of my case don’t care. They haven’t been to a single location my card was used it. Happy 2024. Go to Casey’s. Don’t use this shady establishment.

All Fast and Friendly locations ripped off the citizens of Springfield Missouri with their illegal Torch Gambling machines. Yes it is definitely gambling and you can get your nasty machines out of this town . Your people are not friendly at all. Your owner is a bold-faced liar.

Got scammed here. The person in front of us paid in cash. Then she charged the cash order to my card and did not give a receipt. She apparently refunded the cash order. When I went in to inquire about getting the receipt since the amount was very high, she handed us the refunded cash receipt with other people’s stuff on it. When we called her out in front of the store, she immediately gave us the extra amount of money back in cash and said she knew exactly what happened and claimed she just went way too fast.

Was just in there. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. My niece slipped on a wet floor with no signage in front of the fountain machine. We told the cashier about the wet floor. She said she didn't have time to do anything. I offered for us to wait as there was no line so she could dry it or at least put up a sign and she said no " I'm good" it is now 4:39 pm. I knocked over my drink on the counter. Apologized and again she was rude. I paid for my drink and apologized one last time as she was cleaning it up and we offered to help wipe off the counter and she said we're the reason she can't clean the wet floor that we "hit" her with, that it's people like us that keep her too busy to do her job. Although, the floor had nothing to do with us. I told her that we were trying to warn her to keep her from having a hurt customer or a lawsuit she said she didn't care that it was our fault. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service from a fast and friendly. The company just lost 2 customers. I'm hoping that management actually cares more than her and watches the video as she admitted that she was already aware that the floor was wet prior to us coming in the store. This is the fast and Friendly on Scenic and Battlefield Springfield Mo
