When pulling out it can be pretty scary. And the set up is kinda hard to manuver ur load.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
The manager is rude and acts like a child and yells at you if there is a disagreement of any kind. The gates don’t work there is only 1 open gate and it left open 24-7. The security cameras don’t work that was told to me by an employee. They also do not use and sort of pest remediation of any kind. The same employee told me that they don’t try and keep pests like mice and rats out. He said “That not our problem. If you want to keep mice and rats outs that’s your responsibility not ours”. The doors on the units are always jammed and don’t function properly. They just collect money and blame you for any problems that come up.

Where to start… all of the gates are locked except one, so you have to drive through a maze of mud, broken down vehicles and just backwoods mess to reach your storage unit. The woman’s rudeness is only surpassed by her stupidity. The storage unit we rented had water seep in. If you want to rent a storage area and not constantly worry, go somewhere else.

Website is a nightmare. The woman is not intelligent at all. I tried to rent a unit. The lady said to go on the website. I couldn’t figure it out, so I just said forget it. Well, the lady is calling me accusing me of putting stuff in a unit that I didn’t pay for… this whole place sounds like a nightmare. Thank god I decided against this place.

Very low security. stuff was stolen
