Nicole at the De Soto location was awesome! She explained everything thoroughly and helped us lower our phone plan while upgrading us to the newest iPhones.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I will always choose De Soto over Festus/Crystal City. The manager Shawn knows what he is doing and can help with a problem that seems unfixable. 100/10 in my opinion.

The employees at the DeSoto MO ATT store are very friendly and extremely capable. I have a store much closer to my house, but I am always satisfied with the service at the DeSoto store.
Ciara and Shawn where able to resolve my problems and went beyond and above with their service.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They gave me a great deal on internet and tv! I also got the new iPhone 15 pro max quickly and with ease. Shawn and Ciara helped me out and were amazing! I will definitely be going back to this location for all tech products!

The manager has been very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about their products and very nice.

Due to a mix-up we ended up accidentally purchasing our phones by phone instead of in their store (when I responded to a link on their webpage, and ATT from a remote site said she was calling me as support staff, and told me when my phones arrived to take them into the store ), and even though they were not getting credit for our purchase they were incredibly helpful to us and responded to all our questions and assisted us in setting up our new phones.
I will go back to them when I need to upgrade the next time.

I traveled up the interstate for a hour and a half ,I've had my watch not work since I've bought been to several stores and have spent hours on the phone 30 hours almost,Brandon. (Ithink) the manager got my watch working as I was getting ready to give up and leave. 30 mins or so ...thank you for helping me I will definitely be back to that location

Got a new S 22 in the mail and was having a little trouble figuring out everything I need to do with the new and old phone. Took it to this ATT store to ask for help. A gentleman in his 50s, who had worked in the grocery business, waited on me. I did not get his name. He took my new and old phone and did the entire set up and transfer of data for me while carrying on a pleasant conversation. This guy absolutely knows what customer service is! Many businesses have no idea anymore how to treat a customer. Keep in mind I did not even purchase from this store but this guy was awesome. He made my day so much less frustrating. I thank him very much for that experience.

Shawn was an amazing help when getting my new iPhone. He was very patient, welcoming and helpful beyond belief. I highly recommend coming to this store for help. He even fixed an issue Apple couldn’t figure out!

Matt was absolutely wonderful! He stayed past closing time to help us. Excellent customer service and was very informative. Had our 2 year old niece with us and he kept her entertained the entire time, we switched from Verizon and the switch was very smooth, again Matt was great!

Austin was very helpful. I have a lot of trouble at my local ATT store, and 2 people said I should try the DeSoto location. That was a good call. Austin fixed my problem in 25 minutes, whereas my local store spend 4 hours and never fixed the problem.

The store representatives were very thurough and professional, as in, they installed screen protectors for our new devices. My wife and I respectfully declined but they also offered to transfer our current device over to our new device. Big thumbs up Desoto AT&T, 5/5, will return again. (Excelent sales job on the new cases, as well). Very friendly and welcoming environment.

The rep Matthew C at the Desoto, Mo location was extremely helpful after a long process that we went through he was able to get our lines upgraded. When I mean LONG process I mean days not hours (4) to be exact. He stayed hours upon hours trying to get everything figured out (Farmington store completely messed it up). Danny also stayed the last night and was really good/helpful. This store is very blessed to have such an amazing team. Matthew is the only reason why we stayed and did not cancel everything. Farmington store lied to us about everything. I would NOT go there, take my word for it. These Desoto employees that are listed should get a reward for going above and beyond bc they definitely deserve it. If it was not for Matthew we would not have stayed an AT&T customer we would have switched to Verizon. He went above and beyond.

A little bit about what happened at the Farmington location that upset us:

We were porting our phones in and Farmington messed up our lines then told us to fix it we have to add 2 additional lines (meaning 2 lines would not be in use). They would be adding 6 new lines all together and told us in 3 months just cancel the other 2 lines. So we would have 120 dollars to pay for 3 months of services on those 2 extra lines within the course of those 3 months. She took our money ($600) not even knowing if my daughters phones would work on the service. I told her that we just bought the devices at Christmas. When we said nevermind we want to cancel, Lori R hit me with restocking fees said well that’ll be 104.00 in restocking fees (kick me while I am already down, just to have the last say). Knowing she could have waived those fees really upsets me. We could have canceled. She has absolutely no compassion for any AT&T customers (especially by doing what she had done). She did get ignorant at 8:00 because that is when they closed and said there is nothing more we can do, that was her way of telling me to leave. This issue went on for days, Matthew called loyalty and tried his hardest to get them to take the locks off of my line. They advised him that it would have to be the corporate store (Farmington) that I would have to go back to. Bret fixed it after telling me there is a 30% down payment due for the phones. I was not about to pay that being we just payed over 1,000 to have these phones with cases/tempered glass/ taxes/fees and a down payment for the other 2 devices. Needless to say Bret got us these phones with no down payment and the trade your old phone in promotion. However, I am still upset because this should have been done that night being that we are new customers. Why did it? Because they were closing later than 8. I am extremely upset there is some shady stuff going on at the Farmington location and it needs to be addressed. I am not the first person this has happened to but I am the wrong person it happened too, I take business all the way to the top. I also asked Bret to have the regional manager contact me and he said he would have to give her my number. She has yet to call me (Bethany was her name). I am still a pretty upset customer that shouldn’t have been treated this way at all. My issues wouldn’t of gotten resolved if I did not say I wanted to speak to the bosses boss. This is an issue that needs to be taken seriously. I also did not get told about any activation fees and I got told my base plan was 140 when in reality it’s 180. We did sign up for auto pay and that brought it down to 140 but we were under the assumption it would be 140-40=100 then the installments added to that. Like I said this location needs to be looked into before you have a lot of people leaving.

An absolutely awesome experience, Matt made us feel welcome and right at home from the moment we walked in. He was kind and funny and made what was expected to be a miserable trip easy and fun. I love my new phone and can't wait to decorate my case and pop sockets.

I went to the Cedar Hill store and they could not or would not help me. I was disturbed and I thought about the Desoto store...and was I pleased that I had come there. They helped me tremendously. I felt satisfied and happy. Aaron and Lynell were perfect in helping me with my phone. Thank you AT&T Desoto!!! I will be back!!

I can't find the words but the rep I had was unbelievably smart and his mannerisms I had to pinch myself because I felt like the most important customer in the world lol it's true please convey to him that he is awesome and knows his trade!! Thank you!!
