Steak 'n Shake

Whoever is managing this crew is doing an amazing job! I have never seen such a happy crew. These workers are energetic, courteous, and attentive. I am traveling and enjoyed every aspect. The religious Christian music over the speakers wasn’t my favorite but no biggie. April was checking on our table and the girl at the flat top was on point. There was a gentleman who delivered our malt and he was also grateful to have patrons joining them. Despite only taking orders via kiosk this place was attentive and employed several workers who all seemed to be doing something productive.

I have been to Steak ‘n Shake in Vegas (3stars), in Naples FL (1star) and now this one somewhere in the middle of nowhere America and I think the rest of Streak n Shake should come and see why this is the best Steak n Shake in America !

I rarely give reviews but this was THE BEST Steak N Shake experience ever! The burger was served wrapped like it was a 5 star restaurant and piping hot! The ingredients were abundant and left no room for guessing where any of it was. So juicy and the fries were perfect! The guy at the drive thru window was very pleasant with a smile on his face. Wish all fast food places were trained this way! Whoever is in charge here deserves a definite pat on the back! Amazing!

Landon helped us the moment we came in the door. He was so kind and helpful and he really helped makes our dining experience better. Good food as well. The cotton candy shake was incredible

Went through the drive through, the attendant was very nice and patient. Food was correct, hot and fresh. Will be back again:)

4/5 is my best rating for food because there’s no such thing as perfection.

Service was above and beyond + genuinely felt friendly.

Atmosphere was chill; the team had a great leader and was both accurate and efficient.
They worked together seamlessly. Nobody seemed stressed, frustrated, or upset—you don’t see that very often. There was an almost unnoticeable sense of urgency, the epitome of a Class Act crew.

I worked in the food service industry for ten years. I know what I’m seeing.

Best Steak n' Shake I've been to. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean, food came fast and was very fresh, and service was on point. Elijah was working the floor and honestly gave better service than any fast food joint I've been to.

wish i could give them 10/10!! my food is always right, comes out fast, and everyone is always so kind and greats me with a smile. from what i can tell this is just a really well run place, and that’s the reason it has outlived so many other restaurants in the same company.

I ordered via the app. The food was good and the service was excellent. They were quite busy, but I did not have to wait an erroneous amount of time to receive my order.

Only got milkshakes but they were really good. Service in driveup was really good. Good experience!!

Night manager James is killin it. Cleaning, checkin on customers, putting orders out. Food was great, better than my hometown s&s. Definitely good location

We were traveling and saw the sign for Steak and Shake so we stopped. We have eaten at many of these because we love them. This one had to be one of the best we’ve ever eaten at! The burgers were stacked with everything we asked. They didn’t skimp on the fries either. Our milk shakes were running over so yummy!! The employee at the front when we walked in was helpful and he kept the front cleaned. Every time a customer left a table he was cleaning it. And we loved that they were playing Christian music! That’s for making our travels even better. Props to all the workers.

We had burgers and shakes 1 double burger ,1 one regular burger, 2 Fry's and 3 shakes for 17$ and some change! It was good an hot. Fast friendly service!

Listen… THINGS HAVE CHANGED - my husband and I stopped coming here about 6 or so months ago because the staff were jerks, food was almost always wrong and it was just an unpleasant experience.
We decided about two weeks ago to try it again, because there was nothing else that sounded good. And I have to say we have been here a few times since, the staff is almost all new staff, and they are all beyond amazing. Every time we have came they have been sweet as can be, and if there’s been an issue, they fixed it without hesitation. I wanted to leave this review because it’s totally noticeable that this steak ‘n Shake particularly is trying

Now you have to order from the Kiosk. Not hard. A person offered to help right away. We didn't need it but some people might. Three credit card machines and one for cash. Good to know. Brought us our food. Same great food!

Our 1st ever visit... The ONLY complaint is the steak patties could be at least 100% thicker! VERY THIN! Definitely will order at least a double for myself and a triple for the man! Fries were awesome. The atmosphere and service were great!
