We were there on Sept 14th for lunch. The young man working the front was awesome. He had a difficult customer, and he handled the situation very well and still took care of everyone else that was there.

I LOVE that Jack in the Box is the only ff restaurant that has a caffeine free diet soda option!!

Had a meeting with some family members in order to give them some items. We got a greeting as soon as we walked in the door. Place was clean and well organized. We had no problem finding whatever we needed. Restroom looked well kept. We literally just had an awesome experience! The one thing that did stick out in my mind was that just before we left I saw a manager walking by one of the trash receptacles and looked into it. She noticed it needed changing and let one of the workers know. He immediately changed out the bag.

John and Andrew took such amazing care of me. Even after that were slammed. Always a good day when taken care of

I have only been twice and their drink selection stands out to me the most. They have strawberry Dr.Pepper and other combinations no one else has. Their food is really good too. My only complaint is the first time we went they had an employee orientation going on in the middle of the store. It was loud and distracting for me as a costumer.

Omg yummy on their oreo cookies shakes and mini tacos.. 😋 hamburgers and pretty good too!!

This location is awesome. Every single time I come here, I'm met with friendly staff and I get fresh food exactly how I ordered it. Keep up the good work! I wish all locations would be this good!

First time going to this location and it was very late at night but the food was good, service too. I've never been a big fan of fish but I seen the picture of the 4$ fish meal and it looked really good. To my surprise it was as good as the picture made it look. 👍

The food was delicious the service was excellent thank you for being open and serving your customers very much appreciated with the shortage of staff we have to get the food through the drive-thru come on America go back to work so families can sit down and have Sunday breakfast in the restaurant keep up the good work Jack in the Box corporate and their employees these are the best

Sonny was so helpful and had an awesome attitude. The food was amazing and surprisingly it was still hot even after a 15 min. ride home! I will definitely come bk especially if Sonny is working😉

Never had a bad experience. Food is fast and service is friendly. Been going there for over 12 years. If you ask for alot of hot sauce the actually give you alot. Thank you Jack!

Love their cheeseburgers plain! I get a couple packets of the secret sauce and it's pretty yummy for fast food!

The Jack in the Box in Festus was great. The food, service and dine in was relaxing. However, it is difficult to get in and out of but the maze was fun and worth the trip. We pass through Festus often and will make sure we visit again soon.

The person who seems to always take my orders is amazing. His name is Devon or Draven or something similar. I love him as he is always so friendly and makes sure my order is always right
