McDonald's

Only thing to complain about is when they use the wrong egg on McMuffin. That is the purpose of getting the McMuffin, the cracked egg. Everyone is usually nice, and they have fast service.

McDonald's is McDonald's. I don't recommend it to anyone, but here I was...driving all over Jefferson county tending to my late husband's affairs and accounts, forgetting to feed myself as I usually do. As I drove to the courthouse, it was already noon. I'm famish and my blood sugar is low. I was craving pizza, but there's only one company I wanted to order from - MOD PIZZA! But I was 10 miles away from MOD after I left the bank, and 2 minutes from my ramp to Hwy21 to the courthouse. Without thinking twice, I took the ramp and hoped I'd find something to eat somewhere in Hillsboro. Well, I got off 21 and made a right on business 21 and bam!! There it was. Food. I go through the drive through with no idea what I wanted. I don't do McDonald's. I ordered a small vanilla shake. I get a shake... with chocolate syrup on the bottom. i ask for a different one as I am allergic. They gave me a medium one. I was satisfied. My blood sugar rose to its natural state and I was full. It is now 3:00 p.m. and I still have not had solid food. But I'm good. The staff was awesome!!!!

Most of time is so so on being clean. My Grandsons love the light up table. Handicapped parking. Very friendly on the shift working at 9:30pm.

As always, french fries were piping hot, and my cheese burger was good

This experience was good. A previous experience wasn't so good. Had to wait for our order and was forgotten. In the end it turned out good. Manager provided two fresh Happy Meal at no charge. Was told due to the long wait and our food had gotten cold that two free sandwiches would be given at our next visit. Went for a another order about two weeks later and the manager was there. Reminded him of what was said and he not only provided the two free sandwiches but also provided two Happy Meals free of charge. That was kind of him and of course we didn't expect that. The manager made our day on that visit.

Service was fantastic and i don’t know what you guys do to the food but it’s better here than it is where i live! 😂 i live in Arnold so y’all must be making it with love haha

So we ordered and our food came right up no real wait time. But our fries were kind of old. I was willing to buy a new order but they just replaced them with new fresh hot... Oh so good. Then about halfway through my quarter pounded I found it not cooked all the way.. They without hesitation made me a new sandwich. This would be by far the best night crew at This location by miles. I was so proud I took a group picture of the crew members and night manager. Thank you for all you do when you don't have to. And with a smile.

Food is always great. They mix the best iced coffee, and their biscuits are always on point. The workers are friendly and uplifting 24'7

Good service given by a partial handicap female employee. She was so courteous instruction was given to me by her on use of comlutir order. . Food was good. well . Had 3 for 4.00. Will continue to have breakfast and other mesls.

It was super busy and all the employees were working as fast as they could.

Drive had a line but moved decently food was hot & correct, perfect customer service while out of town.

Hot, fresh Crispy chicken deluxe. Add bacon for that chicken bacon club taste. So good!

I can't believe I'm giving a McDs 5 stars, but... lost track of time & decided to grab the grandkids & I lunch for the drive home. Nothing else around, so...
Our food was HOT, the burgers were juicy & delish...& the order was perfect w/ the exception to forgetting a juice box. (Drove back thru & they walked it out)

I wanted a little biscuit and a drink. I walked in and ordered it, paid for it, got my number and I sat down look at my phone. Then a young lady brought my meal ove, very nice, clean area, can't complain good service thank you.

Good muffins and fish filet. Cashier named Toni didn't know what dipping sauce was though. Said they don't have ranch and confused chicken and fish. Also very rude and rolled eyes. I worked at McDonald's for 20 years and we didn't hire people like that.

Chris the store manager is awesome. Always smiling! Always goes out of her way to greet me. What a leader! Food is always hot and fresh! Fast drive thru.

12/20/21 @ approx 6:35pm i ordered over app, it didn't show on screne and he took great care to rush me my order. Great manager.

First visit since they remodeled and they have a table with lights that change colors when you touch it and you can order at a computer and take a number then be seated and when your food is done they bring it to your table. Pretty nice inside now.

Just want to share that Lucas is always kind, professional, helpful, and represents you guys well! We are always pleased with his service.
