Visited the store from out of town, and I was very satisfied with the service of Mia, the store manager. She was professional, kind, helpful, and attentive. I will definitely be back when I visit Desoto again.

I went in there with my girlfriend not too long ago and they were very helpful. The manager Kristen has great taste and personally helped my girlfriend. She was able pick out multiple outfits for her to fit her style and even suggested items to branch her out of her comfort zone and mix it up a bit. Very sweet woman. From the time you walk in the door you are welcomed and it makes you want to come back. They really earned our business.

I am giving this shop a 5⭐ Because a month ago on a weekend I was in there close to closing time and I apologized to the young lady working with me that I knew she was closing soon, but my hours for work seldom afford me to get into shop there. She said so kindly that as long as I was in there before they lock the doors, I could shop to my hearts content! She didn’t keep reminding me what time it was and how long before closing or make me think my time shopping there wasn’t valuable...which was NOT my experience when shopping at the Arnold location tonight! When I came into the Arnold location, the girl greeted me and then told me how soon they were closing (20 minutes), she then gave me an update at 10 minutes till and again at 5 minutes and then when she was at 5:00 pm she said it’s 5:00 and we are closed, what would you like to do?! What time wanted to do was have just 10 more minutes to buy a couple more items, but I proceeded to jewelry and told her they must do things differently than DeSoto does things...She had no clue....I did make my purchase and went to my car and called DeSoto to tell them how much I appreciate them! I will not shop Arnold again!

Would give more than 5 stars if it were possible. The employee working at the time of my visit was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me find exactly what I needed and was so incredibly polite and friendly. Will definitely come back to Cato in the future!

Cato is a great women's shop to get up-to-date styles without going broke. Each store has slightly different stock so if you find something you like grab it up, or risk it not being available later. All staff are super friendly and will help find items online or in other stores if needed. Highly recommended store for trendy styles at reasonable prices

Manager was awesome. Store looked amazing. Fabulous new fashions for Fall and Winter. Prices are amazing!

I picked up gifts for my grandchildren

I was there just last night looking for a winter formal dress in the ladies working there we're super helpful it's super nice and anything we needed their willing to help me get and help me find the perfect dress and Jewelry and give me good advise on anything and everything they even made my day better by giving such good and positive vibes

The store is great, and always has some good deals. The people that work there are always helpful and attentive.

Was a great place to shop picked up an online order & found other things I had to have.

Their perfume selections are only $5 each, even less when they run a sale! Can't beat it!
