Dr. Hucek helped with my daughter's serious issues and she is now doing well. Dr. Hucek should use his wonderful talent and positive energy to teach other Doctors how to treat their patients. He is an endlessly positive and cheerful guy and willing to use his knowledge to solve problems or send you to a specialist to get the job done. I was always treated very kindly by the people at Powell Family medicine, so I have to give them a good rating. Thank you Dr. Hucek for everything-hope to see you some time. Dr. Sarah Schwartz is wonderful and we've never had any ossues with the office in general whether to make appointments or for any inquiries.

We really like our doctors! Dr. Sarah and Dr. Jacob have been great! Convenient with the lab right there, too!

Went in because of Kidney stones. Started off good, then shift change. Nurse was the worst. If you know what pain you get from Kidney stones, it is the worst pain. This is not my first Kidney stone, they treated me like a druggy looking for a fix. Ok understand these days. But once the test came back showing a 3m stone. Left me in pain. Did not care. My daughter asked for the nurse to come back to the room and help me. Still didn’t help me. Left had to wait at CVS for pain medicine. So I went about 3 hours in pain that I can not Describe.
I did not find out how big the stone was until I made an appointment with urology. The only information I got from this place was from the paperwork they gave me. They could have explained to me what was going on. Last Kidney store was in 2011. If you can I would drive somewhere else. Non caring doctor and nurse. Only one other person was being seen.

This place is a joke! Just like others have said the staff at this place sucks! Over the last 20 years, I have seen Dr. Hucek. He is great! I always dreaded calling them for a script or making an appointment because I had to deal with the rude administration staff. Someone at Ohio Health should be on site managing this place on a daily basis because this place needs a complete over haul of their staff. I am very happy to hear Dr. Pete has left this practice. Now there is no reason for me to deal with these "unfortunate" people who clearly do not belong in a position to care for people. Do yourself and the people you care about a huge favor and do not go to this practice. Your loved ones deserve better!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hucek's for over 20 years and was extremely disappointed to hear he no longer works for this practice - bad move Ohio Health! Dr. Hucek's level of care was the ONLY thing keeping me with this practice. The only positive that has come from his departure is that I will no longer have to interact with the incompetent and rude receptionists/ office staff that work there. The level of customer service has significantly gone down hill since Ohio Health took over this practice.

Dr. Hucek has taken care of my family and extended family for over 20 years and was the only reason any of us stayed with this practice. Now that he is gone this place can go to h3// for all I care he was the only one there with a bedside manner and or the competency required to care for my family. We will not be seeking care from Ohio Health at all if we can help it.

Hello Dr. Hucek! Please call our family when you surface again to practice medicine or post your new information on line for all to see, so your many patients can see you again. As for Ohio Health, good grief you lost a great doctor and it took you 2 weeks to send a vague letter out. Dr. Hucek's patients deserved better. NO STARS FOR YOU!!! The doctors are great! But I always dread calling and having to deal with the rude receptionist. And reading other reviews on here, I'm not the only one who thinks that. Someone needs to seriously do something about that.

I have gone to this office for years. Trying to get my daughter to go here and they can't see her for 6 months because they have limited "new patient" slots. Guess I will be looking for a new office.

No details because they won’t schedule me an appointment they say they will call back then don’t and then I call and they wait for a callback lol what a joke.

My experience here was similar to the others posted, rude staff, billing issue, etc.. At least glad I wasnt the only one...
