I was looking for Doc Martens for may son to wear to the prom. The young woman who helped us (I wish I had gotten her name) went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She made helpful suggestions and even made calls to other stores looking for the pair he wanted. I left with a very happy son!😊

Started at a few different shoe stores looking for a new pair of Chucks for my daughter. We stopped here at Journeys and walked our with a pair of Van's instead. Cool store and service is excellent.
