Their flower and plant arrangements are amazing. I have used them for 3 funerals and was asked every time who did the arrangements.

I am so thankful for the gorgeous arrangements for my wedding. Pat did an amazing job - making sure everything is exactly what I wanted. He took the time to listen to my entire vision, and he was so flexible with my COVID wedding. I will cherish the photos of my beautiful bouquet forever. It was perfect!

I recieved flowers from The Flower Merchant while I was in the hospital. I have to say, they were so beautiful, even the nurses were raving about them. It felt like they were made with empathy and love, they made my day and lasted way longer than ethan other flowers I've seen. They use quality product and they are excellent at what they do. I will forever recommend them to everyone i know.

I went in to pick out some funeral flowers for a funeral this weekend. I saw something I liked online at another florist but they weren’t able to accommodate because of the holiday. I showed the picture to Pat, the owner, and he eagerly stated he could make the arrangement for me and have it done for me this weekend. He helped me pick the right colors and styles and told me what he could do and stay within the budget I had. He even gave me his cell number and told me that I could call if I needed anything else between now and Saturday since they would be closed on Friday. He made me feel like my loved ones funeral was the most important event he had to make arrangements for and made the stress of picking the perfect flowers go away.

Seriously the best floral shop in Springfield or anywhere in my opinion! I came from Dallas in need of finding a good place to do some florals and they exceeded my expectations. Just had a floral bouquet sent to a friend just out of the hospital. For starters the delivery was QUICK! Second, I ordered it over the phone, so I wasn't exactly sure what she was getting but I do trust the florist so I wasn't worried. I revived a video thank you describing it as the most beautiful bouquet they had ever received hands down. Fresh, fragrant, artistic and joyous were some of the compliments she used. Thanks for making me look good! :) You all really exceed expectations.

Pat, Tanya, and the team are always great to work with! I walked in at the last minute to get an anniversary bouquet, and they were able to put together a beautiful arrangement for one of my employees! Every time I see their work, it is amazing! I would highly recommend them!

I called to have flowers delivered to my sister in Springfield. I am in KS so I the design was totally in their hands. I asked for sunflowers and said I wanted it to look like the arrangement had been taken off the prairie. They delivered am amazing arrangement! The flowers were in great condition, the sunflowers were huge, the lillies were perfect. My sister was so in love she sent photo after photo of them. These were a bright spot in her day filled with nausea from chemo and uncertainty.

I called yesterday to get flowers for my wife. They answered every question and also did above n beyond what I asked. Very pleased. Wife was taken back by how beautiful they were. Thank you

Pat Phillips and the entire crew at The Flower Merchant are nothing less than genius when it comes to floral arrangements. I have counted on them to deliver incredible creations for years-- most recently creating a "Genie-in-the-Bottle" arrangement for my daughter who is in a local production of Aladdin! Simply stunning! I won Mom-of-the-year on that one! :)

Pat Phillips and his staff always create floral arrangements that are amazing! Our hats we had The Flower Merchant decorate to wear to the Kentucky Derby were liked so well that even the Kentucky Derby posted it on their Facebook page! We received the prettiest arrangement for our sixty anniversary. Previously, there had been a little mix up but this firm did the right thing and made the necessary correction. We recommend doing your business with them.

I wanted something special for an anniversary, saw the designers choice on the website so I called in my order and ask for something with some purple, my wife's favorite color, and they knocked it out of the park!

We were in need of a corsage for my son's JROTC military ball and were completely unprepared. We recently moved here from an area where you could get a corsage from darn near anywhere anytime and quickly learns that this area is not that way. We went to one shop beforehand and they only had two different corsages, neither of which would match my son's girlfriend's dress. I Googled last minute and found The Flower Merchant and hurried over. When we got there we explained our situation to Kennedy, and she happily made my son's girlfriend a corsage on the spot with a beautiful rose that matches the dress perfectly. Even though these are typically ordered, as she so nicely explained, Kennedy went above and beyond to take the time to make the corsage for us. Not only was it far more beautiful than we hoped, it was also priced better than the previous ones we had just viewed. It's not often we need flowers, but when we do, we'll go back to see Kennedy! Thank you Kennedy! You saved a 16 year old boys first corsage presentation to his date <3 He'll remember you forever!

This year I decided not to get my wife flowers for Valentine's Day. Instead I had Pat, at the Flower Merchant, create a floral masterpiece. It was done quickly, affordably, and he used my vase that I brought to him. You know what they say, "Happy Wife, Happy Life". Thanks Pat and thanks to your great staff as well

A week before my wedding I realized that I did not have a bridal bouquet. I was in a panic & ended up calling this place to see if they could help me. The man was so helpful and experienced. I was surprised when he even asked what my dress looked like so not to over-power myself!

I was just over all impressed and pleased to do business with them.

Incredible service, absolutely beautiful arrangement. It was a very sad time but the floral arrangement was a very bright spot. After the funeral service many folks asked who was the florist. It was not the usual arrangement. Thank you, Rachel and gang for the unusual and beautiful arrangement.
