Bryan was great! Professional, knowledgeable, and, no pressure. The products are top of the line without paying top of the line pricing. The fact that they are locally sourced makes me feel even better about my purchase. I recommend Bryan and his team to everyone.

After having our mattress for a few months now, we can honestly say that we LOVE it! We accidentally spilled a drink on it the other day and the waterproof mattress protector did it’s job! Nothing leaked through to the mattress. We are so impressed and thankful for Matt’s help with our purchase! He was excellent to work with!! Will definitely be buying from them again in the future if we ever need another mattress!

Have had my Forever bed for a week now, and I haven’t slept this good in years - literally! The store manager, Brian is awesome. I had a general idea of what I was wanting, but after listening to me and my sleep problems he showed me a few options until I found the perfect fit for my needs.
The environment is clean, stress free and my needs were listened to and I got precise and custom recommendation.
My Forever bed has a lifetime warranty and was custom made just 10 miles down the road in their own local warehouse. I was even able to add a Mica layer to solve my getting too hot problem. And, it works!
Highly recommended, I will never buy a mattress from anyone else!

I had a great experience here. Jake led me around the store trying out beds and really helped us find what we liked and fit in our price range. Their policies are very consumer friendly and not meant to screw over the customer. Our mattress only had about a two week time from order to delivery, and it was made during that time, so it did not lose warranty time sitting on a shelf in a warehouse. Overall great experience, would shop here again.

This is a review of customer service. We just ordered a bed yesterday, so it's not been delivered yet. We shopped here based on friend recommendations and satisfaction from a previous purchase. Matthew Smith, assistant manager, helped us. It was one of the best experiences my husband and I have had on a major purchase of any kind. Mr. Smith was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. There was no pressure to make a purchase on the spot. We were shown a variety of options that met our needs. I am excited about getting the new bed based upon feedback from friends about their purchase. We are replacing ours we bought there over 12 years ago and it's held up well. Materials are made locally, so it's great to put our money back in the community. Check out this store before you buy.

We bought our daughter's twin mattress and box frame that is working out great. They treated us nicely as a former customer of Joplimo. It's nice to know you're not only receiving and supporting American products, but LOCAL American products - right out of Webb City, MO! :)

We bought an adjustable bed recently from the Joplin store. Jacob and Matthew made our experience wonderful from the time we walked in. I’ve never felt more comfortable laying and testing mattresses. We have had our bed for a week now and I absolutely LOVE it. I only wish is that we would have bought it years ago. I found out after we bought our adjustable bed that my mother & father in law, and brother and sister-in-law have the same bed. They love theirs too. I very highly recommend that you buy your next bed there.

I purchased a queen mattress from the Joplin store and had a wonderful experience from store entrance to delivery at my house. The gentlemen who assisted throughout the process went above and beyond, thus making me one happy customer of Croft American-Made Mattresses. I purchased the Tranquility mattress and it is absolutely divine.

What a wonderful experience! American made, in Joplin, MO, only an estimated 2 week wait, compared to 4 weeks at other places. We got a great deal, and they have excellent customer service! I came into Croft today to upgrade my mattress, it’s been about 10 years since I bought my last one and I’ve been dealing with a lot of back pain recently. Jacob took the time to show me all the different mattresses so we could find me the right fit. I appreciate him taking his time and not rushing me through the process. We found me the right bed and they even set it up to be delivered at a later date when I move into my new place. Thank you for all of your help Jacob!!

We purchased our new bed from this store. We originally went in to purchase a bed for our daughter heading off to college and left with 2 beds. It has been the best purchase we have ever made. The split king renewal hybrid bed has been the most comfortable bed and it has held up really well! The zero gravity feature has been a game changer. We purchased zone-dough pillows and they make this bed even more comfortable. We purchased extra pillows for additional beds at home and friends and family have bought the same pillows after trying ours! Bryan Slavens is the guy you need to ask for when shopping/purchasing a bed. He is knowledgeable and super helpful with all aspects of the process. There are lots of beds to choose from and he will help you find the right one! I highly recommend this store and their phenomenal beds!

I went in to buy a new mattress and Tyler was amazing. He was super helpful in finding a mattress that was the perfect fit for me. It's the most comfortable mattress I've ever laid on. I also love that all of their mattresses are made locally. I am one very happy customer and would highly recommend Tyler and this mattress store to anyone in the market for a new mattress!

Matt Smith was super helpful and very honest with us! We gave him our budget, and he helped us find the best bed within our price range. We also got to use pillows for our sleep style while trying out the beds. We’ll definitely be returning when it’s time for a new one.

This year I bought a new mattress. I LOVE my new bed. I feel like a queen. They gave me an amazing deal and threw in a lot of extras. I shopped around the other local stores and received the best overall deal and the best customer service. I highly recommend doing business here.

Excellent customer service. They give great deals and stand behind their word. Their beds are amazing. They have these amazing pillows there. They are bamboo with charcoal. Great for allergies and extremely comfortable. Best pillow I've ever slept on and I am very picky about my pillows.

Croft has a nice selection and really nice quality mattresses also American made! Hooked us up with great deal and didn't take long at all. Jake and Corey were super friendly. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy. I also felt like they genuinely wanted to help me find what worked for my kids and my budget. They were great about interacting with my kids and helping me settle the purchase quickly and making the process easy. I’ll gladly be back for our next mattress purchase!

I had an excellent experience while shopping for mattresses at Joplimo Mattress. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable. Ian showed me several mattresses and encouraged me to test the mattress as though it was in my home. This helped me to choose a mattress that would definitely suit my sleeping style. When it came time to order my mattress, I had spent nearly two hours in the store during which I felt relaxed, Ian ran prices for me, and he answered any questions that I had. I left the store happy with my purchase and excited for the coming week when my mattress would arrive.
Due to some unforeseen complications on my end of the purchase, I ended up having to change some things around in my order; however, both Sam and Ian were incredibly gracious and understanding. They did everything in their power to make sure that I was still happy with my purchase. While Ian was not there the following day, Sam was, and he showed me a few other mattresses, one of which ended up being even more perfect than the first. I still received excellent care and service, even though my order had become more difficult to handle. I would highly recommend Joplimo Mattress for not only their locally-sourcedproducts, but their homegrown customer service as well.

I have owned a Forever Bed for about two years. It's amazing!! I really don't sleep well on other beds now, I'm spoiled. Great customer service, with friendly intelligent employees! I recently returned and bought the adjustable base, I don't know why I didn't get it in the first place!! It makes the bed even better if that's possible!! After being very satisfied with the mattresses we bought several years ago, we decided to go back to this local business and buy new mattresses for our kids. We walked in and were greeted right away. They asked us what we needed and they recommended the type of mattress that best fit our budget. The salesmen told us about their mattresses, how they are made locally and as needed (so they are not just sitting somewhere in a warehouse). Since we were buying two mattresses they gave us a great deal and threw in mattress covers for free. We are completely satisfied and will return when we need a new mattress!
