Wonderful experience all around.. Russ was very pleasant and extremely helpful. It is so nice to call and get a person on the phone instead of a recording!

Have been going to Bayville Pharmacy since they open. Jesse, Russ, & Megan are so nice and helpful. Their delivery service you couldn’t be anything more convenient.

The Bayville Pharmacy is the place to go if you want to be treated with respect and compassion and total understanding for what ever your needs may be. The owners are so very nice it’s like you’re one of the family everybody that works there are so personable then there’s Russ the pharmacist he knows more about all the medications and what they do and how they help you then any of these other Pharmacies around and he is also a friend and the same goes for all the other great people that work there in conclusion I would highly recommend Bayville Pharmacy to anyone That wants the best possible service you could get. Jessie and Nick have created a wonderful place to go for the best possible service with a Mom and Pop atmosphere for the community. Thank you so much

I was slightly apprehensive about switching pharmacies but after dealing with problem after problem with Walgreens, I decided to try Bayville Pharmacy. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and helpful. They actually appreciate your business and care about YOU. I will never again go back to a chain like Walgreens where you’re treated like just another number. Do yourself a favor and switch to this pharmacy, because in this case the grass is greener on the other side. My family will be loyal customers from now on. So I made the switch today from big name Walgreens to this small town pharmacy. My only mistake...not switching sooner! I had 3 scripts to be filled after minor surgery on my tooth. Never having been a customer they were friendly fast and knowledgeable. I switched myself, my husband and our 3 kids over. It took 10 minutes to do all of that AND fill the scripts! I also witnessed the pharmacist giving some advice to a woman inquiring about some OTC meds for her mom and did so without rushing her and answering all of her questions. You'd have thought a big name pharmacy like Walgreens would be capable of completing the task of filling 3 scripts within at least 30 minutes. Unfortunately Walgreens can't find their way out of a paper bag lately which led me to find my way out of the door.

I just love the team at Bayville Pharmacy! They all know my name and are so pleasant with my entire family. They have tons of experience and yet I always feel like I'm going into my neighborhood pharmacists shoppe like so long ago. It's not a huge chain pharmacy, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my family's needs!

Jessy, Russ and Meg and crew, Pharmacy, that is an understatement! Jessy, Russ, Meg and the rest of them are like family. They go far and beyond what these big pharmacies won't even do for you. You are not just the next one in line, You are a name. They are very professional, friendly and personal. CVS, Rite Aid and the rest of the pharmacies you have nothing on Bayville Pharmacy. I have never had an unpleasant experience here. The staff is always polite, and they always go above and beyond for you. I wish I had found them sooner! Their prices are comparable to other major pharmacies, at least for our prescriptions. Give them a try, if you haven't yet. Much better than department store run pharmacies.

Jesse, Russ and Megan become part of your family . I had been a QuickChek customer and was so happy when I found out Russ was working there and so was Megan. The first day I went in I met Nick who mainly works in the Whiting location and when I left it was if I knew him for years. Then I met a Jesse. She is an absolute doll. I never have to re-order my meds as the pharmacy is one step in front of us. Everything is always ready. I could not be happier with this pharmacy, the staff is so knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions. I feel like they are family- and can talk to them no matter what the question may be. I wish Jesse and staff nothing but the very best and pray that they stick around in the neighbourhood forever!! Thank you for all you do for us!!

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy to go to for all your needs. I love every staff in this pharmacy.
The staff is absolutely amazing, they r absolutely helpful, they will help you with anything you need and answer any questions you may have, without hesitation.
I live 45 minutes from the pharmacy and will not transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy because of them being so helpful Ang kindness they provide for you

I love this pharmacy. They r always so friendly and very helpful. Also half the price of the big chain
stores. To top it off they even deliver for free. I couldn’t get there to pick up my prescriptions since I
was babysitting my grandson, no problem, they were happy to deliver it right to my house. What a nice
change to get such quick & friendly service. I’ll never go back to the big corporate chain pharmacies who
act like your bothering them, over priced, and u wait in line forever just to b told they’re usually out of stock.
And as far as I know there’s no chance they’re gonna deliver anything, u just go back n wait in line again😣

when quick check pharmacy closed ,all of my information was sent to CVS and it was a very disappointing experience , it was a nightmare to say the very least. The prescriptions were never filled properly and I found their co-pays to be more than anyplace I've had medication filled. The staff was somewhat pleasant but not as helpful as they should have been. I walked into Bayville Pharmacy and was very happy to see familiar smiling faces. Russ ,Jessie ,Meg (Sorry if I left anyone's name out) They are always willing to help if I had a problem. They are always kind personable even when they are busy. Working with the public is not always easy but this STAFF is wonderful, professional and is willing to go the extra mile to try and help , call the doctor etc. Thank You Sincerely , Madeira and Milton Alexander

I want to let everyone know why I gave this pharmacy 5 stars in detail, but it would exceed the allowed space!! Yesterday was the first time I stopped in, (what a beautiful store) I was surprised when I saw who greeted me - Russ (pharmacist) and Megan, (Russ’ assistant) - formally from Quick Check pharmacy in Beachwood. They are the best team that I know !! 😄. The last few months following QC’s closure has been a nightmare. I reluctantly (very reluctant) went to Walgreens after QC closed. In the past, there were 2 seriously negligent mixups made with my husband’s medicine,s I can’t wait to meet Jessy & Nick - I’ve heard (& read) so many wonderful things about both of you! Good luck Jessy & Nick!! 🎈You have a beautiful store 🎉 (that’s a little dangerous 😁)

I love everyone here! The staff and the owner are always patient and help with any questions, transfers, ect. I’ll never get my scripts filled anywhere else. Family owned businesses are always the way to go!! Thank you guys!

Was recommended to go here by my wife’s parents and we will never go to another pharmacy ever again. More attentive, caring and better customer service than Shop-Rite, Rite Aid, Walgreens and Walmart combined. Great family owned local small business.
