Ken is the best butcher I've met at ShopRite. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for the help with selections, they were great choices.

Misery loves company and that older lady in the deli is bringing the whole team down with her and being rude to customers right in front of their face. She should be ashamed of herself. I’m not sure why she still works there, it screams out that you can get away with murder. I know..The deli is understaffed, I understand but every time I go to food shop, she literally does nothing but talk and complain. As a customer, I can not believe what I witness every time I go in there with that lady. I’m guessing everybody makes minimum wage in the Deli (I’m not sure why when SHOP RITE is a million dollar company) the work ethic shows what their paying their employees..besides tall gentleman James and the beautiful young lady Hazel who always gets my cuts just right. They deserve a pay raise. Always running around like a chicken without a head (from what I’ve seen) As a business owner, if I could give you guys two pieces of advice is #1 to pay your employees what they deserve (not everybody deserves the same wage because not everybody works equally ie; older miserable lady), give incentives, bonuses, pay raises (not 20 cents a year) and i promise you will not only get better employees but the good employees will work even better (and are happy to do so) and the bad ones will have motivation to do better. If you pay minimum wage or a dollar over minimum wage; that’s the type of work that you will get from them. I’ve worked in delis when I was younger and in the year 2023, they should be making at least $17-$18. Number 2; direction. Supervisor/ Team leader that gets paid to do such. These folks need somebody in charge that’s there because there’s no direction.

I've been a customer of this Shoprite for over 20 years and never had an issue until today 8/13/23. I was using the newer small cart and placed my cane inside. At the checkout I realized the cane fell out and immediately went to customer service to see if someone turned it in. Well, to my disappointment, no one did. I'm 80 years old and depend on my cane for support. Shame on whomever took it.

Good news! 3 hrs later an employee found my cane and turned it into customer service! Just picked it up. Am so happy. Thank you.

There are two ShopRites closer to my home. I drive a few extra miles to make this my store because it is so much better.

There are enough cashiers that the lines are short. That was my first experience that made me come back, but it got much better.

The employees are both friendly and helpful. While this difference is most obvious while using the deli, bakery and purchasing fresh fish, most of the stock clerks will walk with you to help find an item. It's service with a smile.

Most workers are friendly & helpful! Always clean, well stocked & organized.🙂

I found everything I was looking for, and the cashier was friendly. Prices are what they are nowadays, but the store was nice and clean. A good stroll through the flower shop will lift your spirit.

Dairy manager Ray, Aiden, and John exceeded there job description.. I’m a single mom trying to make ends meet. Jumped into the Instacart and had no idea what I was doing. After a couple of hours,I became frustrated and realized I was in over my head. These 3 men helped me complete 3 grocery cart order. Not only were they helpful but they loaded my car up. When I tried to tip them they refused. If that’s not good customer service, then I don’t know what is. Thank-you Shoprite! I can sleep Tonight knowing I can cover my sons Necessities

☆Finally new Manager wants Deli to have Rotisserie Chicken for the ones who show up after 6pm .thank you darlin. I'm going to be able to stop by more often . So crazy putting away Rotisserie chicken when it's made and avail for those of us who do go out later than your normal. Thank

From out of state. Went to Walmart first in Bayville and the shelves were not stocked, everything seemed picked over. Left went to Shoprite and difference is night and day. Very nice and clean with everything ver well stocked! Loved their daily and bakery as well. Found my place to shop for groceries!

Greate experience in particular with a young man who when a long extra mile to help me with a product...greatly surprise for the efficiency and diligence . no commun in this days . Big thank you Matt Giberson.

This is an amazing store! They carry a greater variety than the store I usually go to. Very clean and easy access for people with disabilities. Very courteous employees.

This is my local ShopRite and I love it here. Everyone is so helpful especially today when I rented a Rug Doctor and the manager brought it out to my car because I had my two young children. Great prices and close to home!

Love this ShopRite! Can get crowded, especially in summer months but worth it. Deli is great, the seafood is good (get some steamed lobsters)! Overall one of the best supermarkets I've gone to.

Nicely organized, good prices and specials. I use the key tag and load them on the computer. That's so much easier than trying to keep track of coupons. You can also print a list of items you chose and have your shopping list ready to go.

Ok so I have a stop and shop about 5 miles from my house, but I drive 5 times that just to food shop, but seriously this store is just that good. Extremely low prices, friendly help, fresh fish department is clean and doesn't smell like fish, cold cut department is top notch (only shop rite I know that carries the chili turkey I love.) Always lots of cashiers to get you out quick. I would highly recommend this store for all of your grocery needs.

I was able to get everything quickly. The cashier was very friendly. I like this shoprite much better then most.
