Arya built a new home for my wife and I in Toms River. The house was constructed in about 8 months. We have been extremely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of the staff. We had a minor issue with our dishwasher, and the builder addressed it with the appliance company under warranty. I cannot say enough about the build quality as our fit and finish is better than some homes costing twice as much.

I would recommend this company to anyone that is considering a high quality home at a great price. The value of the home has gone up considerably from when the home was completed in November of 2021.

Purchased a home three years ago from this Builder and still waiting for them to complete our long punch list of craftsmanship issues. From gaping seems in the hardwood, to unfinished tile and paint jobs throughout to install of stained window screens....just horrible. If you want them to fix the issue there will be a 3+ week delay between their response and the repair contractor will only be available on Thursdays between 9-12:00 pm without warning so you better be able to stop what you are doing and come home from work.

My horrible experience with this company started right when I moved in the purchased home, 2 years ago, I have had so many issues, from employees lying to them refusing to do the final walk through…my kitchen has been leaking for 2 years. Floor damaged and bathroom leaks! I can begin to list the issues with the house. They are unresponsive and discriminatory as well. Its a shame the level of wickedness and unprofessionalism exhibited towards us.

Bought and built a home with this company after looking at multiple model homes. We were confident that the builder did great work and was reputable. Boy were we in for the worst experience of our lives. Over 14 months to build our house which was filled with outrageous mistakes throughout the process. Some of the mistakes the owner refused to correct. They even refused to install materials that they themselves put in the spec sheet that we both signed.

During our final walk through we literally used an entire roll of blue tape to mark up all of the mistakes. The paint was horrible, the moldings we not professionally done and the floors have paint all over them that wont come out and gaps so big you can fit quarters in them. When you call them they wont talk to you on the phone and only through email. They send over there handyman staff that do substandard work and make things worst for repairs.

The owner himself stood in my doorway after a meeting and told me " if you wanted a perfect house then you should have bought a million dollar house we build" . I was literally speechless and shocked of how unprofessional he was. They also threatened me with their lawyer because of a bad review I gave them which like this review is all factual. A year after owning the house and there is tons of problems from cracking corners of walls because the sheet rocker didnt use tape to the floors that need to be completely removed and replaced.

If you buy with them good luck, we regret every minute of this and by far the worst decision I have ever made in my life. I am stuck with a brand new home that I have to do repairs to which is the whole reason why we bought a new house because we wanted something that we didnt have to fix up.
