I couldn’t be happier with my experience shopping at Giorgio’s Fine Jewelry in the Freehold Raceway Mall. The earrings that were custom-made for me are absolutely dazzling. I love them! The service I received from Bill at each visit was second to none. He is patient, informative, honest, fair, and clearly cares about developing a strong relationship with his customers. I highly recommend shopping there for your next fine jewelry purchase.

Giorgio's is the best fine jeweler around! I always have a wonderful experience any time that I am in the store. From recommendedations of new pieces to suggestions on reworking existing jewelry, I feel I am always given the best advice. His staff is nothing but accomodating and super friendly, constantly.

I was fortunate to have been referred here by a colleague and I worked with Bill through the whole process remotely, from San Diego! Bill has several calls and FaceTime meetings with me and helped me pick the perfect diamond and then the perfect setting. His prices were far better than Blue Nile for GIA certified diamonds.
We had to work fast (pandemic wedding), and Bill helped us pick a diamond, setting and even engraved it all within a weekend. He then overnight shipped the rings. We started our call on a Thursday and we had our rings by Tuesday. Absolutely phenomenal. Best of luck To Bill and the team. Thanks for making this happen.

I was referred here by a friend after looking several places while looking for an engagement ring. This was the only place that I was comfortable purchasing the ring. Bill was outstanding and even took the time to draw out the exact engagement ring as I explained it. Giorgio's Fine Jewelry Is not your typical Kays, Zales, Jared, jewelry store selling mass produced, average quality jewelry at ridiculously high prices. Giorgio’s is the jewelry store you want to go for exceptional customer service with personal attention, extraordinarily high quality diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones at very reasonable prices. Bill’s attention to detail when custom making my rings was above and beyond. His knowledge was so impressive-pointing out possible issues and different creative ideas I would have never thought of. Once my ring was complete he was not happy unless I was happy-doing whatever it took to make sure that I walked away completely in love with my new beautiful rings! I’ve shopped at many privately owned jewelry stores but this is the one that I will be returning to over and over again. Thank you Bill & Victor for all that you’ve done for me! They are more flexible than the “Kay and Zales” of the world. My wife and I went to ask if they fixed gold over 60 years old. They did just a wonderful job and made it look even better than expected. The gentleman in the back fixing the Jewelry came out and helped us understand what could be done. We loved that.

The whole team was so nice. They have a solution for many things. I noticed they know there customers by first name as if they’ve been doing biz with them forever....that impressed us very much.

I ended up buying a couple of G-Shock Watches for my team. They gave us a nice deal.

I had an amazing experience yesterday replacing a chain for my boyfriend. They were super helpful with providing options and were reasonably priced. We went to 4 different jewelry stores and they had the largest selection for men and the BEST customer service. They were able to provide the chain, cut the chain to the length he liked (the sales associate even guessed the correct length before cutting it) clean the pendant we had (it was sparkling after). We were probably in there only 30 minutes and it was worth it every second. Would 100% go back for any jewelry needs.

I recently purchased some gold jewelry from Giorgio’s. First off, I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Both Bill and Victor instantly greeted me and asked what in particular I was looking for. A+++ service and will be a customer for life! Would highly recommend as they know how to treat a customer right!

Bill is always patient, attentive, and honest! He won't charge you for work that doesn't need to be done. He has a wide selection of jewelry for all budgets and many many beautiful unusual pieces. The rest of his staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I trust him and his business! He recently reset my wedding band and the price was extremely fair and less than others I had visited. Not only was his pricing fair but the ring came out beautiful! I fully recommend him. He's a gentleman and great person to work with!

Been going to Giorgio’s in the Freehold mall for years. My husband purchased my engagement ring, wedding band, and a ring when son was born that we’re all custom made by the owner Bill who clearly takes pride in his work. We have also purchased a dozen other pieces from earrings to gifts for baptisms from this store. Along with Bill, the rest of the staff is extremely friendly, not pushy and always willing to help. Buying jewelry can be scary, absolutely not when you shop here. We will be back and continue to refer!

I had the best experience at Giorgio's. I previously went to Gary Michaels and almost had my engagement ring reset there. When we went to Giorgio's not only were the prices incredible the quality can't be beat. They worked with my budget and never tried to show me anything out of my price range, they went above and beyond working with us. I picked a setting I loved and Bill (the owner) actually called me a few days later because he found another setting he thought I might love. Well he was right!!! He wanted to give me all the options and wanted me to be happy, he didn't have to go out of his way to do that but he did. Anyone looking for jewelry really needs to go there. The prices and quality beat everywhere else by far! I loved that when I picked up my ring Bill was as excited as I was. They are all so wonderful there I urge everyone to go there and take a look, you won't be disappointed.

Victor is ABSOLUTELY amazing! He had so much patience with me while i tried to find the perfect ring for my mother as a birthday gift.
