We are so happy with Cowleys. From the first call with a warm and cheerful representative April to our Pest control technician Keith.

We had a bird flying into to the dryer exhaust making a nest. Causing quite a racket as well. Because we had our vents cleaned only3 weeks ago it didn’t seem possible. But sure enough there was a bag full of nesting materials.

Our main worry was to make sure there was no bird or chicks in there when we put the cage over the vent so they wouldn’t be stuck in there.

Keith went way above and beyond(he moved the upright washer/ dryer by himself!!) He was fast friendly and professional.

It took less than an hour to get everything done. Unlike other services the wait window was only an hour. Plus Keith called me because he was running early- even better.

Thank you for a very organized and efficient service! Would recommend to anyone with a similar problem.

I can’t recommend them enough! Extremely professional and prompt and explains everything to you. Brendan and Jordan were the best, most knowledgeable employees and I am impressed with all the successful work they did in the crawl space which is an area I would never venture to so I very much appreciate the work they do! They reported back in detail and I was able to feel confident all concerns were addressed. I won’t trust any other pest control company!

We’ve had their service for a few months now and are very happy with it. Would definitely recommend. Our initial pest concern was addressed and we’ve had no issues since. And each technician that has come out since then for our inspections has been professional and mindful in listening to what we’re seeing and wanting for pest control around our home.

Vinny was an excellent tech and after the inspection he even gave my son a coloring book that made his day. Great employee and person. I’ve been using Cowleys at all my residences, because there is no one better.

Felipe came out and educated me on the pest problem I had! He explained everything they could do and set up a game plan! I had Greenex prior and got nothing but excuses on the ongoing issue. This is first class operation here! From the time I spoke with Shannon till the situation was handled. You are a customer here not a number! I switched my office to this company also! Cowley's wildlife crew are the only people to call. They care! Our problem was tough, newborn babies between the ceiling and floor of our home. There was small access and Scott got those babies out safely with out having to cut into our ceiling ! Amazing! He is our hero! Also setting the trap for the mother took some ingenuity, she got in through the ceiling of our porch roof during renovation.

The service was quick and responsive! Jessica who answered my call listened well and was able to get me a tech person to come out to my home !

I should have went with Cowley’s from the beginning but they were a bit more expensive. However after working with another company before Cowley’s I can honestly say that Cowley’s was worth every penny. One of the home inspectors Jim came out to inspect and treat my home, and he was phenomenal. He did a thorough search around the house, located the issue, inform me of all of the steps that he was gonna take to fix the issue and did it was such a kind and positive outlook. Prior to him coming out I was so stressed about the wasp issue, and he put my mind at ease. I highly recommend using Cowley and asking for Jim !

We were very pleased with our entire experience with Cowleys - from the initial intake call to the thoroughness of the inspection. Hope we won't need them in the future, but if a problem arises, we will definitely use Cowleys Pest Services again

Cowleys does a great job. Very nice staff. Happy to have their services. First contacted them to take care of clover mites, which they did. We then signed a yearly contract. They are excellent!

Always on time and survey my property to look for any new issues that may arise.
Before using them, my dogs would come in with ticks. Since using their tick and mosquito treatment, my dogs can run and play with no worries.

Tom Gerstenberg came out the same day I called and walked around my facility. He set some traps and let us know the best way to go about our pest situation. Mickey got to our facility earlier than the appointment time which is always a good thing and was very thorough, walking around the facility with a flash light and giving us suggestions to help out in the future. Great experience. Would highly recommend
