I love Showcase! I come here with my friends and the kids I babysit all the time. They always have new stuff and I get to buy all the stuff I see on Tik Tok. I like that I can play with the Dope Slimes while I’m there! The employees are really nice and funny and always answer our questions. I like that it’s by the food court so I can get food then play with the slime.

Great store. Always have fun gadgets and the most popular toys for kids and adults. The employees are helpful and generally know the products backwards and forwards. The store is clean and the staff behave professionally. Fun place to shop.

Best Mall In Monmouth county with Lots of New Restaurant Chinese,Italian ,American,Indian,etc

It was a cool store but the woman shut the door in my face before the mall shutdown. I wasted my time running around the mall just to get there and then she doesn’t let me buy the item real quick

The main woman who works there “glasses wearing Karen” has mental issues, miserable, mean, unprofessional,lost miserable soul.. Can’t wait to call corporate on her..

The M.O. here seems to be to overcharge for merchandise, and then offer a "sale" price (which is still overpriced, IMO). However, you can only get the sale price if you're willing to give them your email address and/or phone number. If you're not, expect to pay as much as a 50% markup for the non-sale price (example: $8.99 for a piece of candy instead of $5.99). I was able to find every item I purchased here for less money elsewhere, and did not have to give up my personal information to get the lower price (example: the same piece of candy in a local candy store cost $5.99 for a pack of two).

I cannot even provide a star for this place. They are overpriced and the fact that my customer experience was so horrible (which I expressed my concerns), the young girl working there, could really care less. Obviously, they employ people and forget to train them how to represent the company and ensure that their consumers are happy. I would not recommend this store now or ever in the future. What a disappointment. Additionally, the only way it allows to post is for me to click on a star. That right there shows their lack of dedication to their customer base. I am being forced to give them a star that they did not even deserve.

If you are going to buy cards, don’t. They sell repackaged cards for wayyyyy overpriced. Sad to see people doing this. Not sure where they get their cards from but it’s disgusting. So sad to see these overpriced products being sold let alone REPACKAGING them. Next time you go to the store look at the loose packs. So sad

My 10 yo cousin was looking at some Pokémon cards to buy, and when he put them back on the shelf, they fell over on their own. The manager screamed at him, and had him at the brink of tears. This lady has to be fired.

Extremely rude manager. Showcase adds an additional $10.00 to their prices, unless you give them your phone number. I was screamed at by manager Sam for questioning this practice. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I walked out.

I bought something and immediately after walking out the store, I went to return it because my daughter said it was the wrong one, it was literally within 30 seconds, the refused to exchange or return it, saying that I could of done something to the product to.make it dangerous, and that came from the manager. Over priced, and horrible customer service.

Store manager SAM had my 5 year old daughter in TEARS when she called the cops because she touched a product!!! Disgusting employees and customer service. Do not ever shop here!!

My husband and daughter were going to buy a squishmallows and they got up to the front desk and they asked for your phone number and we said no but then the lady said now you have to pay more so we ended up not buying it!

Someone has to do something about this manager! She screamed at my 10 year old nephew because he dropped a card!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!! Read previous reviews!!!!! This can not go on!!!!!
