Steve and Peter Kamal went above and beyond to get me into the 2021 Honda Pilot !! Overall , I want to tell you I went to 2 other dealerships and 1 other Honda before arriving at Freehold Honda . When I arrived Steve greeted me, my mother , and aunt with a warm smile . He then asked me what I was looking forward and provided me options within my budget . On our first test drive I told Steve I was only looking not buying . He said even if you ladies don’t buy today it has been a pleasure meeting you and you’ve made my day . I knew he was sincere and gave me honest feedback when it came to pricing and finding a car that offered all the add ons without additional cost . Steve and his manager Peter Kamal made sure that I left there with a car I desired , could afford , and made the entire process smooth . The level of customer service is unmatched most importantly wasn’t pushy . Best experience ever !!!!!!!

I never thought I’d be saying I had a GREAT experience buying a used car but Brianna (sp?) was very kind and patient. The car itself looks brand new. Financing was not needed so the transaction was not that long. Paul, the money man, was very sweet. Truly, this was a great experience

My first time servicing my 2024 lease at this location and they fell nothing short of amazing! I had a leak in my front tire and they patched it up with no problems. Took about an hour for an oil change and patch! Cole was very attentive from start to finish. Will definitely be a returning customer to the Honda of Freehold!

I just purchased a 2024 Honda HR-V Sport at Honda of Freehold. My favorite color, red! My salesperson, Steve Kocak, was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The entire process was completed in one afternoon and went smoothly. Altogether the experience was so much less stressful than I anticipated, and thanks to Steve I had a very positive buying experience at Honda of Freehold.

Honda of freehold is by far the best experience I’ve had buying or leasing my cars. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And i recommend you with HILDA. She is so kind and patient. Bri was very patient & kind with me. She was professional & listened to me and answered all questions. She took the time to show me all features in car, about apple play, radio, drive ranges, etc. She was able to get me a deal that I felt comfortable with. Mike in financial was thorough & answered my questions. Added protection plan & got all paperwork done expeditiously.

I haven’t gotten myself a new vehicle in many years and never owned a Honda. After some research and advice, I decided to look at Hondas first. There are two Honda dealerships equal distance from me but Freehold had better google reviews so I went there. And I’m so glad I did! Not only was that the easiest car buying experience ever, everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Steve answered all my questions without any run around and was honest about prices vs. my needs and what was available. I went in looking at certified pre-owned and didn’t feel any pressure to buy new. Definitely a dealership worth going to!

I went in for a brake service today for my car. I was treated with utmost respect by everyone that helped me there. Aigner helped me with all the paper work and got the job done in a timely manner. Nick was very polite and pleasant to all his customers. I am especially impressed with Sal from the Part department who was very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. I really appreciate for all his help. Because of this experience, I highly recommended this dealership and will be sure to return for future needs of my car’s maintenance and service. Thank you so much again.

Came in for an oil change and Cole was nothing but extremely helpful! He also made me aware that my car had a recall and they would look into it during my oil change. I alerted him that my car has been making a strange sound- that was checked too! One day later, he even followed up to make sure everything is still okay! 10/10 for Cole and his service!

Honda of Freehold always makes it an "easy" process for purchasing a new vehicle. Steve Kocak is always so helpful to me and always meets my needs when helping me get into a new vehicle. They're truthful and honest,, not rushing to get me to purchase. although they didn't have what i wanted, i left with something better thanks to Steve and Amir. Thank you to you both, and Paul, for helping me get into my new lease. never would have thought to get a "sports" vehicle but i'm sure glad i treated myself to it. Steve is definitely the only sales person i want to deal with when trading or purchasing a new vehicle.
