Ashley was amazing! I spent all day trying to find shoes that were out of stock everywhere, I found them at journeys and Ashley was able to make the experience an amazing one for me! Definitely will be coming back to buy more of my shoes from her!

Came first thing in the morning with the morning rush and wow, what customer service. The young lady that had helped me was already dealing with 4 other customers and you could hear the bell from the delivery guy in the back. Not only was she able to help all 5 of us and take care of her shipment, she did it all with great stride. Her customer service never waivered during the rush and she tended to everyone in the store with the best attitude. She even gave me really good information on how to break in the boots and guided me to the right products to keep my boots looking fresh and that'll help me break them in.

Haven’t visited this place in 4-5 years and the staff has definitely upgraded now comparing to 4-5 years ago. Much more friendlier and very communicative. Jordan is really the best & has went above and beyond for me as well as the rest of the staff there. Best customer service I’ve ever encountered.

They tried to sell me used worn vans. Stains on the laces and bottom check all your shoes before leaving people

I have worked in retail for years and I am disgusted by the way my parents and I were treated. When you walk into any place, you’re supposed to be treated in the most friendliest and helpful way, instead, we were treated by immediate attitudes. As we left, my mom had left the shoes on the chair and the manager (1/27/2018 at 5:50pm) had told me to please had me over the shoes if I wasn’t going to buy them, with a snobby attitude. First of all, it’s her job to assist us in any way possible not be giving us an attitude the whole time we were there. I am just unbelievably upset about this.

Terrible! After not having a shoe in my size, they suggested making the order online for me in store. After I paid, their online system couldn't process a receipt for my order, and now they are making me go through a hassle just to get a refund. It has been 8 days and NOTHING. I just wanted a pair of UGGS for my birthday instead I lost 109$ and struggled when I should have shopped elsewhere.

Two days later they tell me that they did all they could and I have to wait 10 business days to settle this with my bank.

The worker Town threw the receipt in my daughter face when she returned a merchandise she purchased a day prior. She asked for two adidas shoes 40 and 38 for my two sons. he gave her 44 and 41.5 when she realized that she went back the next day asking to exchange with the right size. He was arrogant impolite, unprofessional and simply threw trhe receipt in her face. Do NOT GO There
