Walmart Pharmacy

A good pharmacy with an attentive, caring and helpful staff. They understand pharmacy from the customer's perspective. Most important - they get it right.

It's a Wal-Mart Pharmacy. I go in, get the medication and leave. Never any issues, the text message notifications work as should.

I do not know where theses other people went. I had many issues with medications and the pharmacist was amazing took care of everything. Charles is amazing. they all are caring and try to help.

I usually get my daily meds through mail order. Sometimes I get a script I have to take for several days or maybe a few weeks. Every time I go to pick up my med, there's ALWAYS an issue. Can't find it, it's in the computers email, or some other excuse. Not to mention waiting in the line from hell. I can't wait for my new health insurance to kick in so I can fill my scripts elsewhere.

I called in for a refill for a common anti anxiety medication on Thursday morning as soon as they opened. The automated system said it would be ready by 11:30am. I drove over to pick up the medication and was told that it was out of stock and that it would be ready the next day after 4pm. I never received a phone call informing me. Today I waited until 4::05ñpm to call and was told that it would be a further 2 hours. Again, no one called to inform me.

This is horrible I was 15 people deep. 1 cashier. No one should have to wait 45 to pick up a prescription!!! I do not blame the cashier. I blame the store manager. There were 2 techs and a pharmacist behind filling scripts. They should have come to the front and helped with the line. Poor management.

The pharmacy really needs to get their crap together. My son was having an allergic reaction so we went to urgent care, they called in a steroid and allergy medicine and told me to go right to Wal-Mart. I get there and they tell me It's not due for 45 minutes. I explain that my son is having an allergic reaction, and that he is getting picked up to go to his father's for the weekend shortly and ask it to be rushed. She tells me ok but it will still be 15 to 20 minutes though. I said ok and sat down.. 45 minutes later they tell me they don't have the full prescription and can only give me a couple days worth.. I'm like seriously give me what you have, my kids leg is swelling. I proceed to wait another 15 minutes for them to tell me they found the whole prescription and it will just be a few more minutes. I'm glad that it's not your kid sitting home itching in pain and swelling because I am sure your request to be rushed would have been honored. Smh. You have lost this familys business.

Worst pharmacy!!!! Wait is too long! Hours are terrible. I had my Dr call in a script for me and they said they never received it. I was there when he called it in. I had my dr call again but they were closed. Too much hassle every time I go there

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with - the staff doesn't care about customer service - today there was a line 10-12 people deep and only one slow old lady at the "pick up" window!!!

Bad service and you have to wait forever for your medication use to be good now just plain bad walmart pharmacy in et 37 Tom's river

Still at the register prior to closing and wouldn’t allow me to pick up medication. Zero sense.

This place has nothing of what they are supposed to have bad service
