They are very accommodating ,their employees are well informed and eager to help you find what you need! As I am an elder sometimes going up and down rows of products is hard for me to do. I have been there twice this week and am now totally ready for my Christmas celebration with my family! Merry Christmas to all🎄

Always a good selection of items and deli is extremely fair priced. Let's not forget the 3# roaster for only 4.99. Delicious!

I have been using BJs curbside pickup for years. I’ve been lucky enough to have the same associate assist me several times. The young man, George, always greets me with a kind, “Hello,” and offers to put my groceries in my trunk. He’s great and you can’t beat BJ’s selection and prices!

I did the curbside pickup and this young man named George helped me out with my groceries and water he was very helpful. I have done it before and other employees did not give me help or support he did. Great place I made sure to leave him a good review if you have George doing your order do not be alarmed your in good hands!!

I could spend so much money in this store. Got my grand daughters winter coats. The 3 in one coats. 29.00 each. I like getting their big chicken roasters (cooked) for 4.99. 👍👍

I purchased gift cards online for Christmas. They did not work after I gave them out as gifts. I tried to get the problem solved online but didn't have any luck. I was very upset. I went to my local BJ's and a young man named Cody W was so kind. He took care of my problem. Good employees should be recognized. Thank you for your kindness.

I was torn on how many stars to rate this company based on my experience. It was the grace of your hard working and friendly staff that prevented me from leaving 1 star. The two women in the deli have both my sympathy and respect. I've never seen two women work as quickly and hard as they did and remain polite and professional as the tension from the 20+ person line accumulated. It's Sunday afternoon, everyone is getting fresh lunch meat for the week, stop being cheap and expecting so much from your employees... not only were your employees stretched thin but you have customers who pay a membership waiting 45 minutes for lunch meat- TO NO FAULT OF THE EMPLOYEES MIGHT I ADD. Shame on you BJs, do better. You have rock star women back there.

This place is fantastic, customer service is awesome. Closer to home than Costco and my membership was half the price also, kthey take any credit card for payment. Costco is complicated when it comes to payment.

I want to acknowledge the excellent customer service Brittany Trapani provided to me tonight. I was a new customer looking to use a 3 month coupon. When learning of the limitations of the offer I decided to purchase an annual membership. Brittany realised I was not exactly happy about my choice. She then provided me with a coupon for a discounted membership. That's what I call excellent customers service skills! Thank you Brittany for turning a not very great experienc into an excellent one. You rock!

This review is for the tire center. Jill and Patrick did a great job even though they were extremely short handed. She had the tires in stock and Patrick got them mounted even though they were very busy. They were great

Tire Center's hours and availability came through again after my fiances car accrued another blessing from Toms Rivers' roadways. Ian was extremely professional and helpful in getting us back on track in under an hour. Would highly recommend to anyone plus the hours are great.

Went in not knowing a thing about what was in store... Savannah helped out between the drinks and food, and did not disappoint and we now have dinner figured out too. We will defenetly be back and with the family too.
