Theresa's South

We were the first ones there on Friday night and it was perfect. The hostesses were so welcoming, the room was beautifully decorated with fresh red roses. I got the strawberry and fig salad which was so refreshing and the crab cake dinner. Can’t wait to come again and bring friends.

We love Theresa’s for many special occasions! We were celebrating our two year wedding anniversary and we were greeted by a sweet anniversary card from the hostess. Food was incredible as usual and the restaurant was so lovely all decorated for Christmas. I did take one star off of atmosphere because the radio system was on the firtz and for almost an hour we kept hearing the music fade in and out and inner mixed with static. Once that was just turned off everything was much more enjoyable.

My husband and I enjoyed an awesome dinner! Great food, excellent service and loved the Valentine flowers on the table! Perfect way to celebrate ❤
I recently went back again for dinner with girlfriends and again the food was fabulous, our server Taylor was super friendly, great smile and very attentive. You just can’t beat the service and and food here!

Wanted to share our experiences at Theresa’s south. We have enjoyed many years of dinners at Theresa’s. It is by far one of our favorite places to eat. The food is delicious, the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is always welcoming! I find it sad that people find faults and choose to complain about a restaurant! Our family has always had such a great time dining here and hope that others choose to do so as well! You won’t be disappointed!

Dined here last night been dying to try this place. This was our first time this experience could not be more memorable. The food was outstanding best Caesar salad I’ve had in a very long time crispy calamari was just that crispy and delicious. The staff was amazing super attentive the owner walking around checking on everyone making sure everybody was happy was a nice touch. We will definitely be back. Nice job Theresa’s South!!!

We didn’t have a reservation so we couldn’t get in until we spoke with the manager..he sat us but said we have to “be out within the hour”. Then Theresa our waitress came over with a bottle on the house and said relax. The homemade whipped butter with bread was unreal (That’s a must try if you come here) The food was really good and the price was reasonable. Cool atmosphere and setup as well. This is the place to go and Theresa is definitely amazing…

Lovely restaurant in Bay Head. Great food, great ambiance and efficient service. We are excited to host our rehearsal dinner here in May!

My family and I have dined at this restaurant on several occasions. We love it there! The staff is always friendly, welcoming and always smiling. It’s always great to see all the same faces from week to week. The manager always stops by our table to check in on us! He has always gone above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate it. We had Chris last Friday night and he was awesome with all of our requests! We never feel rushed. Seeing this restaurant busy in the offseason says a lot about the owner and management. Love seeing a local small business thrive!! Even though there are some trolls that bash peoples character. Misery sure does love company!!

Dinned here for Christmas Eve. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The restaurant was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Our food was timed out perfectly never felt rushed. The menu was well thought out something for everyone. Thank you to the entire staff that worked and gave up their holiday to cater to our family. Looking forward to more dining experiences with your establishment.

We love Theresa’s South in Bayhead. ❤ ALWAYS GREAT FOOD & GREAT SERVICE!!! It’s one of our favorite places. We normally dine outside & this Saturday night was our first time dining inside. What a great experience - we were seated in the Sun porch which is so quaint & cozy. This is a great BYO place with top notch food. We had the crusted fresh mozzarella and the roasted beets salad for our appetizer. This salad is our go-to appetizer every time. You must try it if you like beets. My favorite entree is the pistachio crusted salmon - it comes with potatoes, but I always get extra asparagus…..because it’s soooo good. My husband had the rigatoni bolognese - which was also awesome. The brownie with the gelato dessert was to die for too (we forgot to take a picture of it because we were so excited to try it). You must try Theresa’s South - maybe it will become one of your favorites too!!!

Excellent food, management is exceptional, very nice restaurant and will definitely be back. Tuna and noodles are to die for as well as ceviche and lobster cake.

Consistently great and the food combinations are interesting and clearly nothing I could ever replicate on my own, so it's a treat! I love that we can ride our bikes there and dine outside. Servers are attentive. The ambiance is pretty and tasteful like the food!

Teresa's is one of my most favorite restaurants - EVER! The food is absolutely delicious. The filet by far is the most delicious, melt in you mouth steak in all my travels. I love and appreciate the excellent service - Thank you Taylor, Alex, Teresa for your awesome hospitality. The atmosphere is lovely! The blueberry cheesecake and eggplant pancake are divine. THANK YOU!

We had a delicious meal here. The staff was prompt to the table, friendly and the food was piping hot to the table. We will be back!

Was blown away by the incredible Italian food here. I tried the Linguini Fra Diavolo. The pasta was homemade and the seafood was so fresh!!! Lia was my server. She was on point with everything and was so friendly. Might have to ask for each time I visit :) highly recommend this place

Hadn't been here in a few years, but so happy to be back. Got a nice table in the sun room for dinner with friends. The salad was great and our meals were excellent (bolognese and linguini with clams). Love the home made pasta (and being able to substitute it in for dishes that don't specify it). Service was very good and we didn't get rushed out after eating. BYOB is always a plus too. Driving the bay road thru Bay Head is also a treat - what a beautiful town.

5 stars for the food and the amazing service Paige have us was amazing. She was very sweet and made us feel comfortable and gave us great recommendations for things to order . We were the first indoor dinners of the season !

It is a must go restaurant when we are at the shore. The eggplant pancake appetizer is absolutely amazing. Both my wife and I have to each get an order so we don’t fight over who gets more, it is that good! As for the rest of the menu we have never had a meal that was not excellent. We already have reservations for the next time we’re down the shore

Fantastic menu, delicious food and great service. Party of 4 and everyone was incredibly happy with our dinners.

Great Caesar salad! Short ribs, paoardelle, rigatoni bolognese and chicken Marsala - all delicious. And great desserts, too!

An absolute gem of a restaurant. The food was so incredible I stopped at each bite to savor the taste.

The polenta appetizer was divine and my mom had the gnocchi. She was so pleased with her meal as well.

Please make this restaurant a priority in your next dining experience.
