Value City Furniture

Went for a recliner. When we walked in we meet Alex. He has helped us before with a previous purchase. I was glad to see him I knew he would be awesome. He was! Thanks Alex for letting us walk around on our own, find what we wanted without bothering us. Alex is knowledgeable and pleasant. Ask for him if you go.

The staff at the Toms River store was FANTASTIC! I told David what I was looking for and he found EXACTLY what I needed! He was personable and so helpful! There was then trouble with my card when I paid and the manager and the woman at the desk and David went above and beyond to help get this trouble worked out. The whole experience at the store was positive!

Walked in for a a small piece of furniture. Upon entry I met gentlemen named DAVID who showed me a few pieces on his computer. At this time there was nothing available with I was looking for but he stated he would be looking into what I was requesting.

DAVID was a gentleman after the call I receive back from him I have no problem going to see him again

Willow is a great Salesperson. She’s very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Value city offers good furniture at a reasonable price.

Dave was friendly and quite helpful. He was patient while we walked around and found what we liked. He helped us find a recliner matching the sofa we liked even though it wasn’t in the store. Took the time to explain our bill too.

All of my purchases have gone smoothly and I've gotten exactly what I wanted in my furniture choices. Alex, my salesperson is an excellent salesman as well as a great customer service representative.

Value City Furniture in Toms, River has always been one of my favorite places to shop for furniture. Once again, I was able to find what I was looking for, and our saleswoman Willow was very helpful and friendly. I will go back to the toms River store to buy more furniture when needed and ask for Willow

Went to buy sectional. Patrick was the best, didn*t find what we wanted but referred us to the Lakeview store and ending up buying there. He did look around for us first.

David Kop was the gentleman that took care of me. He was extremely helpful, pleasant, and patient! The store was well kept, clean and stocked. I will be purchasing a mattress from them.

The staff at Value City in Tom’s River is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There is no pressure, and they are a pleasure to work with helping you complete your project.
