Came into the store and spoke with a young man named Sean. I recently lost my husband and I needed my headlight replaced. I don’t know what I’m doing even though this seemed simple but for me during this difficult time..it’s overwhelming. I went to auto one initially and they wouldn’t spend a few extra minutes with me. They weren’t understanding. Felt like I was annoying them.

Came to this location due to it being next door to my gym.
I want to thank Sean for somehow getting me to laugh at his jokes, it made this entire time I’m going through a bit better for me.
Will return definitely, thank you for being so kind!

Manager remmy was super helpful. Employees sold me wipers for a manual transmission car when mine was a automatic. He came out and fixed it and installed them himself. Extremely professional and caring

REM was amazing, very nice and helpful with the my car not starting and testing my battery. Super friendly personable staff will to go above and beyond. Highly recommended

Its further from my house than autozone, but the service is worth the drive. The current staff there are knowledgeable and polite. Their selection is better than autozone as well.

Helped me with brake lines for a project car I'm building. The associate was experienced and helpful. Not always like that but I think the younger guys are just not experienced with finding stuff that works. Many of them don't understand that auto parts are designed according to standard standards and just because you can't see it on the computer doesn't mean you don't have it.

Nick did a great job helping me out with a new battery. I wouldn’t hesitate going back for any care car needs.

REM & Thomas outstanding workers

Went to buy a car battery and wiper blades. They install these items for free (actually done in the parking lot).
Now I didn't ask them to test my old battery but they did on their own. Now I'm waiting for "the hook" that I need their most expensive battery.
Rather, they tested the battery and test showed my old battery CAN BE CHARGED.
So for free they charged my old battery, installed the wipers, and now they have a customer for life. 😁

Needed back lights .. Had a picture of them at night for better ID of blown ones .. Young man knew the ones needed .. He and an older man(employee) we discussed a few topics car n tractor trailer related .. A few added info exchanged .. Good visit and will be back as needed.

2 ladies working...one with braids was extremely helpful, e plainer my options bcz my driver side mirror glass only broke. Very knowledgeable attractive assistance.

They guys behind the counter are awesome. They sell key fob batteries much cheaper than the dealership
