My sister and I came in to print out some invitations and the Printing Center was SO busy. There were at least 10 customers waiting to be helped. Eric was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, while still efficiently managing the rest of the customers. We observed great multi-tasking skills and exceptional customer service! We will be back again, hoping that Eric will be there!

If you ever need help and want to pristine job, go to the staples on route 37 and ask for Logan at the printing center. He went above and beyond for my fiance and I to make sure our save the dates were perfect for our wedding!! Seriously job well done and thank you so so much again for brilliant job 🖤

I just talked to a guy there when I asked for tech support. Super knowledgeable. Not sure he can fix my ridiculous problem, but knew his stuff.

Richard, was very knowledgeable and was there every step of the way with selecting a laptop. He was very honest, and informative. Getting a new laptop can be overwhelming, but Richard made it a good experience and was extremely helpful.

I come here almost every day to mail documents through Staples UPS Shipping department and even with limited staff sometimes the service is still excellent. Today I had a issue with my business cards and my problem was addressed immediately by a young lady named Carolyn (printing department), she handled my issue professionally and she had much knowledge of her profession. Please give Carolyn(printing department)a bonus because of he hard working abilities!!👍

We had an amazing experience at the Staples in Toms River. We had many items that we ordered that were expired, Dianne (the store manager) was extremely patient with us and provided us with a FULL refund. She was very helpful, kind, and supportive. We were so lucky to have Dianne helping us.

I went to Staples in Toms River for information on Laptops and was greeted by a very sweet and very professional young lady named Jessica. She took me through various products and millions of my question with joy and patience and kindness. We settled on HP Pavilion which turn out just perfect for what I needed. If you go to staples in Toms River and need Tech advice or want to purchase a laptop etc ask for Jessica she is amazing and just so intelligent

I had a great experience my first time printing at the Toms River Staples. Chrissy was amazing! She was patient and made sure all our questions were answered. My paper got stuck in the printer several times but she kept trying until it worked, with a smile on her face the entire time. Very glad I chose to print my wedding invitations here.

hermon (hope i spell his name correctly !) has been my go to person for tech services. i'm NOT at all fluent with computers. so as a result, he has helped me many times with my computer problems. he deserves a raise !! & a big ATTA BOY !!

Convenient if you need to sent a fax, take a photo copy of documents. They have a really neat system, you email them the documents and you will get a code that then you enter on the printer and finds and prints your documents. Very simple, very easy to use. Staff is very friendly as well. Large parking, always easy to park.

Had a sound issue with my computer and after several days of frustration, I brought it to my local Staples. "Sarah" was my Tech Sales Associate. I was greeted with a big smile and comforting "let me see how I can help you" and did she ever. Problem explained and solved & NO CHARGE. I asked advice about my computer and a possible upgrade. Sarah took me on a tour, advised me on what she felt would be the most viable choice for my upgrade. I could not have asked for more from this lovely young woman. Good job hiring Sarah!!! I will make that purchase...but not without my new friend, Sarah's help.

Dannielle and her entire team in the Printing Department are absolutely the best! I use their services frequently for presentations and signage for my boat dealership. They always call if they have a question or to let me know that the job is ready for pickup.

Many times I have been there where alot of people need their attention and they always handle everyone with a smile!

I nominate Dannielle for a future storage or region manager position!

Great site large opportunity to purchase office items. Was a bit of a wait for the office copy center. But it was ok just pull up a cozy office chair to sit in while you wait

5 stars because Diane, a manager, when above and beyond to correct an issue. Were I s Staples exec, I'd give her a gold star and make her a national trainer. Retail is always about how you're treated.

Needed help faxing some documents. Yes, people still fax. Two staff members in that department were very helpful and friendly. Good PR.
