Starbucks Reserve

Love this Starbucks, however it is always packed. Very rude customers, too many unruly kids, however it is not the fault of the store - product of it's location.

Anyways I was never a coffee lover, have only had sips every now and then and never enjoyed it. One day I decided to order the vanilla blonde latte and ever since I've been hooked! The baristas are great here & have been trained properly. They pretty much always get the drink right. I've tried the same drink at several other starbucks in NJ and they don't hit the same. The store has ample seating however most of the time in the morning it is packed.

Coffee perfection. The reserve coffees are just superb had the Brazilian - amazing. Well worth the price. Place is great tonget some work done.

We love this Starbucks Reserve location. 5 stars to the service, especially Haley, Marisa and Stephanie. Had great tasting flight experiences with them and highly recommend them.

This place totaly different than regular Starbucks. They have special coffee choices and freshly brewed coffees. Area was very clean, servers are very polite and drinks taste amazing.

The service staff is amazing! They know my name and always greet me with big smiles. My caffe mocha is always perfect!

Friendly service in a cool but hectic spot. High volume location that sometimes can cause some pain, when an order can get separated and sit amongst dozens of drinks.

Although small compared to NYCs location, this location offers different sitting areas. Love to sit by the bar area, outside or if by myself l prefer the couche area. Busy but quiet, perfect to work, read and study. Lucky to have this location so close to home ❤

Very friendly partners, they are very attentive especially at the Reserve bar when you sit and spend time there. Quality is very important to the entire staff. Very clean.

Great staff, great coffee! Plus the other beverages and food are delicious and freshly prepared! I’ve been here numerous times, and I’ve enjoyed my coffee and visit each time! This is my favorite Starbucks store!

I am a big supporter of Starbucks and have been to many. However, The Closter Reserve is my favorite. The drinks are made to perfection, and they have a unique reserve menu. The people are always friendly, and the dining area is modern yet cozy, and a great place to sit and people-watch. Clean, well run, and consistent with excellent service and products. A reflection of great management!

Only Starbucks reserve in New Jersey staff is friendly and the cold brew malt is absolutely amazing also the cups are reusable!

I happily come here every morning for my coffee & the staff is always so friendly and accommodating - Will, Michelle, and Anna are the best! Mobile ordering is def the way to go if you have somewhere to be. Lately they have been dealing with a staffing shortage so the drinks can take longer especially on weekends, just be patient. They are doing their best :)

Very cool spot. Nice to have a reserve in Bergen county. There are special drinks exclusive to the store and then the usual drinks seen at other locations. The large chalkboard behind the baristas explains some of the reserve coffees and the overall atmosphere is refined, relaxed, and welcoming. Definitely a great spot and the baristas deserve recognition for their politeness and willingness to help.

One of my fav places. If you like darl chocolate and coffee, then their Dark Chocolate Mocha is a must try.

They have these fantastic ice cream drinks that I've had in China while on my honeymoon in 2019. The malt is so so so good! This time around they got the size wrong and with a smile just fixed it no questions asked. In this Starbucks you will always be greeted with a friendly smiling staff. Love this place! Best Starbucks in NJ! To the staff: thanks for always being wonderful!

Love the ambience and also the outdoor seating is their best part ! Very nice and cozy place. Their white chocolate mocha is my personal favorite. The staff are friendly to an extent. The place is clean most of the times but outdoor seating is sometimes not so clean. Overall a great place to sit and have a long conversation. Its usually busy and also is hard to find outdoor seating. Its inside cluster plaza.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. The staff is the most knowledgeable crew of coffee experts. If you have the chance to order the reserve coffee and listen to them explain what they are doing and talk about the coffee beans you can tell that they deserve the title of experts. There can be a line but it's always going to move fast. There is a large seating area indoors and some tables and chairs outdoors. Go and enjoy.
